So, I did some calculations.
Since all seasons have 26 episodes and we've had 18 so far, I've come to the conclusion that Room of Hoard will be the first segment of the season finale. And that doesn't include specials.

That is an educated guess, but keep in mind that sometimes the individual episode get switched around during production, so whatever episode #198 is does not necessarily mean that it will end up being 426A. "White Hare"'s original production code was #105, but ended up being the 103rd individual episode overall; likewise, the production code for "Fool's Paradise" was #083, but ended up being the 81st individual episode overall.
On another note, I wonder if this is actually "House Flip" and it's been renamed? "Room and Hoard" is a play on the phrase "room and board," which refers to somebody's living situation if they're staying with other people. As we've seen from the leaked script page, not only is Flip obviously staying with the Loud family in their house, but the siblings are also hiding (or hoarding) food from him for some reason.
House Flip is 194. Room and Hoard is 198. Plus, you're counting them if the half-hour eps are counted as 1 episode instead of 2.
@D'Snowth What if Room and Hoard is about Luna. She seems like a hoarder.
I'm usually wrong when it comes to episode predictions ("Singled Out" so far being the only exception, to a degree), but I can see one of two possible scenarios happening:
A certain sister has a hoarding problem and it drives her roommate crazy.
-Â Lori hoards trinkets from Bobby and it drives Leni crazy, or Leni hoards scraps of fabric and it drives Lori crazy.
- Luna hoards concert souvenirs and it drives Luan crazy, or Luan hoards old comedy props and it drives Luna crazy.
- Lynn hoards a bunch of good luck charms and it drives Lucy crazy, or Lucy hoards occult stuff and it drives Lynn crazy.
- Lana hoards old tools and other junk and it drives Lola crazy, or Lola hoards a bunch of cosmetics and it drives Lana crazy.
Or. . . .
There recently was an episode of ALVINNN where Simon was hoarding a bunch of his old inventions, so he had to sell some of them, and they ended up in the wrongs hands . . . perhaps the same thing would happen with Lisa.
It could also be like another common kids cartoon plot: the Louds have a house guest (one of the sibling's friends, or a relative, or somebody) who practically packed everything but the kitchen sink.
What do you think?
