Trivia[]

  • This is the first Really Loud House episode to premiere in 2024.
  • This is the first episode to not premiere on a Thursday.
  • The gap between the premiere of this episode and that of "Little-ol-lady-whoooo Has Talent" on June 29, 2023 marks the longest hiatus between two episodes in any series of the franchise, at 235 days, surpassing The Casagrandes' 98-day hiatus between "Weather Beaten" and "The Golden Curse" and The Loud House's 134-day hiatus between "Lynn and Order" and "Day of the Dad".
    • This is due to the series' regular use of single-segmented episodes and the production gap resulting from shutdown of production for Season 2 in light of the 2023 Writers Guild of America strike.
  • This episode has similar premises to:
    • The Loud House episode "Kick the Bucket List", as both involve Lincoln and Clyde trying to cram a large amount of activities into their last day of break after Clyde returns home from vacation elsewhere.
    • The Casagrandes episode "Operation Popstar", as both involve a group of people trying to cure amnesia in a person they are close to. Coincidentally, the solution involves music in both episodes.
  • This is the second episode of the series to last for one hour, after "The Princess and the Everlasting Emerald: A Royal Woods Fairytale".
  • This episode has the most songs in the entire franchise, at 20 (one of which debuted in a previous episode), beating "Really Loud Music" with 14.
  • Just before the premiere of this episode, Clyde appeared in a bumper celebrating Black History Month.
  • In this episode, new sound effects are added to the show's intro when Lincoln and Clyde high-five, Rita opens the door, the Loud women rush outside, the camera takes the family photo, and the plane flies past the Loud family.
  • This is the first episode in the franchise to feature a character who debuted in a film. In this episode's case, Dr. Miller makes his first appearance in The Really Loud House after debuting in A Really Haunted Loud House.
  • Lincoln's voice is noticeably deeper than in Season 1 (also audible in A Really Haunted Loud House, which was filmed on the interim between the two seasons) due to Wolfgang Schaeffer hitting puberty.
  • This is the first episode to have Debra Spidell as a producer.
  • As of this episode, the twins have regrown their front teeth.
  • Clyde's camp bus has "camp d'été" written on it, which is French for "summer camp".
  • This episode reveals the following:
    • Summer vacation in the Royal Woods school district lasts for sixty days.
    • Mr. Nibbles has mastered the ability to navigate a maze.
    • Dr. Miller lives in the Loud family's neighborhood.
    • The Louds tricked Lincoln into moving into the linen closet after they converted it.
    • Lori has dropped out of Fairway University.
      • This episode also reveals that she was in her junior year of college.
    • Clyde's lemon bars from "Ro-Bro" are Lincoln's favorite snack.
    • In total, the Loud kids have had 52 school musicals, 19 plays and 81 recitals. In Lori's lifetime alone, the Loud parents have likewise sat through 98 one-woman shows, 11 three-woman shows, and 77 Christmas spectaculars (which Lynn Sr. has greatly disapproved of).
    • Lynn Sr. played the Scarecrow in a production of The Wizard of Oz, or its musical adaptation The Wiz.
    • Lincoln and Clyde have a handshake that they use at every sleepover.
    • Lincoln can play the violin.
      • However, this may be false, as the song "Get His Memory Back" occurred in a fantasy, and Lincoln was still suffering from amnesia when he played the violin during the song.
  • Lincoln confusing Dr. Simmons for his father may be in reference to how they both have white hair.
  • Dr. Miller breaks the fourth wall by saying, "This episode has everything!"
  • Lori's line, "I live to drive!" has a double meaning:
    • It references how she was the only Loud child with a driver's license prior to the Loud House episode "Driver's Dread"
    • It references her passion for golfing.
  • Lucy laments about being forced to sing, referencing how she refused to sing in the Loud House episode "Yes Man".
  • When Todd drops a funk beat, he is depicted wearing a shirt with himself on it.
  • During "Clincoln McLoud", Clyde mentions his eponymous nickname from "The Guy Who Makes You Fly".
  • Some of the pictures on the wall contain scenes from previous episodes and other live-action media:
  • Some of the pictures in Leni's photo album also depict scenes from previous media:
    • The Loud family uniting with Lincoln at the Royal Woods Mall in A Loud House Christmas
    • Lincoln trying on his suit in "I Wanna Hold Your Hand"
      • This picture further reveals that Leni tailored his suit.
  • Luna inserts a coin into a jukebox to start playing "Get His Memory Back". A coin-operated jukebox is sometimes called a nickelodeon, which coincidentally shares the same name with the TV channel which broadcasts the Loud House franchise.
  • The clipboard on top of Lisa's dissecting pan displays papers for pollen research confined to Royal Woods.
  • The poster in Lisa's laboratory depicting a female scientist is a photoshopped picture made by Vintage Images.
  • Luan and Lucy perform a tap dance as a callback to "What's a Mother to Redo".
  • Innuendo:
    • Lincoln dodges all of Lynn's attempts to hit him on the head, implying that he is aware it could cause him serious brain damage.
    • Luna shields Lola's eyes as Dr. Simmons uses an electric hacksaw visible behind Lincoln's head, implying that he was cutting into Lincoln's head to work with his brain more directly.
    • Lucy prepares to burn Lincoln at the stake before being stopped by Luna.
    • Lucy spends the majority of "A Joke Is Always Okie-Doke" performing potentially homicidal slapstick acts towards Luan, such as hitting her on the head with a mallet (which is during Luan's line, "Whenever a sad mood gets into your head / That's the time for funny lines and knockin' 'em dead"), hitting her on the head with a frying pan, launching her headfirst into the ceiling, and firing an extending boxing glove at her face and knocking out a few of her teeth.
  • Irony:
    • Lynn Sr. and Rita burst into song while preparing to jog Lincoln's memory before realizing that they have been in the garage the whole time, while Lincoln has been inside the house.
    • The Loud kids believed Dr. Simmons would use his electric hacksaw to cut open Lincoln's head, but he instead used it on his fried chicken.
    • Lana, an animal lover, grows displeased with Rita and Lynn Sr.'s performance as cats.
    • Lisa drops a pachyderm hormone into one of her beakers. A few moments later, she dumps two substances into Erlenmeyer flasks, causing the elephant toothpaste reaction to happen in both of them.
    • Lincoln sang the lyrics to "Heart and Soul" perfectly, causing Luna to believe that he got back his memory of them playing the song in the past, only for it to turn out that he was reading the sheet music the whole time.
    • While the parents are cosplaying Annie, Lynn Sr. dons a bald cap in his Daddy Warbucks costume. In real life, Brian Stepanek actually is balding, though not to the extent of Daddy Warbucks.
    • Luna's actions while performing "Too Sad to Rock" are contradictory to the song's lyrics.
    • Luan says that Lincoln is the only sibling who lifts the toilet seat due to being male, although the Loud House episode "Pipe Dreams" establishes that the parents have noticed that he always forgets to lift the seat.
      • This is contradicted in the episode "The Macho Man with the Plan" in which Lincoln fails to lower the seat after urinating, which caused Lisa to fall in the toilet.
    • The Louds attempted to erase their own memories as a compromise for not being able to give Lincoln his memory back, but announcing it in a song turned out to be the solution to restoring his memory.

References[]

  • How to Train Your Dragon - The Viking helmet that Rita finds in the costume box resembles Ruffnut's helmet and hair.
  • Rita and Lynn Sr.'s musical numbers reference various Broadway musicals:
  • Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1 - During the performance of "Flushed Away", Lincoln is seen fading away from the photographs of him and his family. A similar scene appears in this 2010 film in which Hermione Granger uses magic to modify her parents' memories to avoid being spotted, which causes her to disappear from photos of her family as well.
  • Nosferatu - A poster of the titular character of this 1922 horror film can be seen in Lynn and Lucy's room.
  • Albert Einstein - While experimenting to determine a faster cure for Lincoln's amnesia, Lisa gets referred to as this German-American physicist known for developing the theory of relativity.
  • Henry VIII - In "Science This", Lisa sings, "Heavy is the head that wears the goggles," which is a variant of the line, "Uneasy lies the head that wears a crown," from this William Shakespeare play.

Errors[]

  • Possible: Lucy can be seen hiding in Vanzilla while Lynn Sr. is washing the van. However, just after she spooks him, she appears sitting in the shade between Luna and the twins. It is likely that she popped up off-screen.
  • When Rita and Lynn Sr. high-five in the garage, something can be seen pulling a costume back into the chest.
  • At the end of the song "Flushed Away" when The Louds and Clyde sing "Our brother's brain went down the drain" Rita and Lynn are right behind them but in the next shot when they sing "Will he just fade away" they're nowhere to be seen.
  • Lori's siblings and Clyde should've heard Lori saying that she wants to leave college during "Get His Memories Back" but they act confused when she tells them this during "Can't Forget The Louds".
  • Lisa says that Lincoln ate eight jelly beans but he only ate one.
