Synopsis[]
The Loud family is preparing for a day at the beach, but Vanzilla has broken down so they need to use their kiddie pool instead. The purpose of the guide is to assign tasks to each Loud sibling to make their swim in the kiddie pool as fun as possible.
Lincoln is assigned the job of inflating the pool.
Somebody needs to be in charge of sunscreen. Lisa is considered because she is responsible (as evidenced by her PhD), but rejected due to her once giving Lincoln sodium hydrochlorite instead of sunscreen. Lily is eventually chosen due to her knowing how to apply sunscreen, but the narrator reccommends that the Louds cover their eyes while she is applying it to avoid getting it in their eyes, with the exception of Lucy whose eyes are already covered.
Now, somebody needs to be in charge of games. Leni knows a lot of games, but does not know the rules, so Lynn is chosen instead due to her fondness of chicken fights.
The next task is photography, and while Lola knows how to take good photos, she always adds herself into them, so Lori is chosen instead due to her photography skills. (Meanwhile, Lincoln is having trouble with a bee).
Lana is put in charge of inflating the younger sisters' floaties due to owning a bicycle pump.
Luan is put in charge of making jokes with the pool noodles.
Somebody needs to be in charge of food. Lynn likes food, but she's not very good at making it. Fortunately, however, Leni can make smoothies, so she is put in charge of food.
Lucy, due to her expertise at digging from her gravedigging, is put in charge of building sandcastles in the sand box.
Lola is put in charge of finding the siblings fashionable bathing suits. (Meanwhile, Lincoln has inflated the pool but now needs to fill it.)
Someone now needs to make sure the pool water is clean. Lily is suggested but rejected due to not being potty trained. Lisa is chosen instead because she has a formula that eliminates urine.
The final task is providing music, which goes to Luna.
