Carlos Jaime Alazraqui (born July 20, 1962) is an American actor, comedian, impressionist, director, screenwriter, editor and producer, who provides the voices of Carlos Casagrande, Sergio, and Vito Filliponio.
Outside of The Loud House, he is best known for his other work at Nickelodeon, including voicing Rocko Rama and Spunky from Rocko's Modern Life, Winslow and Lube from CatDog, Scooter from SpongeBob SquarePants, the Stink Bug and Bluffalo from T.U.F.F. Puppy, Walden, Earl, Chef Fritz, Moo Moo the Magician, and additional characters from Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!, Denzel Crocker, Juandissimo, and Dinkleberg from The Fairly OddParents, and Scissors from Rock Paper Scissors. Outside of Nickelodeon, he is also known for voicing Rikochet in the first two seasons of ¡Mucha Lucha!, Bobbi Fabulous on Phineas and Ferb, Lazlo and Clam in Camp Lazlo, Mr. Weed in Family Guy, and the chihuahua in the Taco Bell commercials.
