Chester "Chunk" Monk is Luna's roadie in The Loud House.

He made his first appearance in "Project Loud House", where he tries to help Luna to load her amplifiers and instruments inside of Vanzilla's trunk, although he did not speak.

Personality[]

Chunk is often seen hanging out with Luna, whom he seems to have a good friendship with. He often helps her with her equipment when she is getting ready to perform. He does not tolerate unsanitary conditions.

He appears to be very strong, as he is strong enough to pull a piano to the Loud house's second floor without assistance, as seen in "Roughin' It". He has a fairly thick accent.

Appearance[]

Chunk is a large burly man with a big pierced nose and a shaved scalp. He wears a white tank top with a black vest with fringes, buckled jeans, and black boots. He also sports a purple checkered newsboy cap, and a bracelet on each wrist. There is a purple tattoo with a heart and crossbones on both of his arms.

When Chunk was younger, he had long dirty blond hair and wore a purple tank-top. He also had eye mascara.

Involvement[]

In "Roadie to Nowhere", it's revealed that he was born as Chester Monk in London, England. He immigrated to Royal Woods and studied in Royal Woods High School. He lives in a flat. He eventually founded his own band Chunk and Pieces. One day he met Luna Loud and agreed to be her roadie.

In "Project Loud House" he was helping Luna in packing her music staff to Vanzilla. Lincoln told Luna there should be no extra passengers, so Luna told Chunk to stop, making him leave in sadness.

In "Overnight Success" it's revealed Chunk was a bouncer on Luna's overnight party. Not realizing Lynn Sr. is Luna's father, Chunk kicked him out of the house, because he wasn't on Luna's guest list.

In "Chore and Peace" Chunk was helping Luna with her song, but he left because Luna's room was too much insanitary.

In "House Music" Chunk informed Luna that Mick Swagger is going to visit Royal Woods.

In "Roughin' It" Chunk tried to deliver piano to Luna's room, but too late he realized window to Luna's room is too small to move the piano through it.

In "Really Loud Music", he accompanies Luna when the latter writes a song for a contest.

In "Band Together" when Luna refuses to go on tour with Katie's band, Chunk does instead after his brief gig with the Moon Goats.

In "In the Mick of Time", he helps Luna trying to get Mick Swagger's attention. He also helps Luna at her high school dance by pretending to be Mick Swagger.

In "Time Trap!", he had a gig at Lynn Sr.'s and Rita's wedding.

In "Hiccups and Downs", he chauffeurs the Moon Goats to the Rumble of the Rockers before leaving to perform for Liam's ribbon-cutting ceremony for a new hen house. However, as Luna had accidentally left her bag, which contains an anti-hiccup spray, inside the van, the Louds end up following Chunk's trail. They learn that he had played "Old MacDonald" at the ceremony, stirring Liam's animals into a frenzy and getting him injured, forcing him to visit Flip's Food & Fuel for bandages. They also find out he had visited the Burnt Bean for a bingo gig before losing a G37 and heading off to grab a new one. After Luna spots Chunk leaving the Burnt Bean, the Louds intercept him for Luna to get the spray, only to accidentally destroy it. However, the Moon Goats realize her hiccups make a decent rhythm and song, so they end up winning the Rumble of the Rockers.

Alternate versions[]

World without the Loud Kids[]

In the alternate future timeline where Lynn Loud Sr. and Rita Loud never had kids as seen in "Time Trap!", he ends up as a garbage man at the Royal Woods Dump after the Loud siblings traveled back in time and accidentally ruined their parents' wedding claiming his dreams of becoming a musician were crushed after the incident. He went on to own a garbage dump.

Trivia[]
