Dairyland Amoosement Park is an amusement park with a farm-like theme in The Loud House.

History[]

The Loud House[]

The park was first mentioned in the episode "In Tents Debate", as one of the two different places Lincoln proposed to his sisters for their vacation (the other place was Aloha Beach). Luna, Luan, Lynn, Lana, and Lisa were the five sisters that choose to go to the park, and like the other five sisters (Lori, Leni, Lucy, Lola, and Lily) that chose Aloha Beach, they try to convince Lincoln to go to the park, and to the beach respectively. At the end, the siblings end up going to Scratchy Bottom Campgrounds because Lincoln couldn't decide where to go without risking half of his sisters getting angry.

Dairyland first appears in "Toads and Tiaras". Lincoln tries to obtain two season passes to Dairyland, but to win them Lola must win the "Miss Prim & Perfect" pageant. Lola gets injured, so Lincoln replaces her with Lana. At the end, Lana wins the pageant and she and Lincoln go to Dairyland, where they ride the newest attraction of the park, the "Milk Shaker" roller coaster.

It is mentioned again in "One of the Boys", in one of Lincoln's flashbacks about the ordeal of living with ten sisters, and he suggests that they spend the day by going to Dairyland, but all of his sisters, even the ones who wanted to go there for their vacation, turn down the idea. Later, in the alternate dimension where he has ten brothers, they all go there, and have a fun time.

In "Kick the Bucket List", Lincoln and Clyde tried to ride the park's newest attraction, "Fly Me to the Moo", as it was on Lincoln and Clyde's list of activities to do during the spring break. However, the line was incredibly long, and not wanting to waste their time waiting, the two cut in front of everybody else under the guise that they're ride inspectors. Despite getting on the ride, the two boys get kicked off the ride, and out of the park for cutting in line.

In "Singled Out", Lynn, her Roller Derby teammates, and all their significant others go to Dairyland as a group, only to find out they were going to an attraction called 'Sweetheart Land'. To Lynn's discomfort, this causes her to pull her new 'boyfriend', Dexter aside to tell him the real reason why she was going out with him.

In "Hurl, Interrupted", Lynn is revealed to have a fear of throwing up, so she appears pensive when her group of friends take her there. She ropes herself into a situation with Ursula the cow, letting her free, causing the visitors at Dairyland to panic. Due to this, her friends miss out on riding Whipped Scream one final time as it will be closed to make way for a Dairyland hotel. Seeing this, Lynn decides to take matters into her own hands, tussling with Ursula and getting her back in the cage. In the end, Lynn has gotten over her fear of throwing up and the friends are able to ride Whipped Scream one last time.

In "Lori Days", Lori visits Dairyland with her siblings to ride Fondue Falls, despite the three-person-per-log limit. They end up soaking everything and everyone in fondue, forcing the park employees to kick the Louds out.

In "Present Danger", Rusty lures Lincoln to a construction site at Dairyland, where he is holding onto the latter's stolen birthday present.

In "Stressed for the Part", Luan auditions to play Heidi Heifer for a Dairyland stage play, A Cream Come True, inadvertently stealing the role from Mrs. Bernardo. It is revealed here that Benny works as a popcorn vendor at the park on weekends.

In "Food Courting", Leni takes Miguel to Seas o' Cheese so she can help him woo Gavin, but because the ride only allows two people per boat she is forced to ride with Gavin. Unfortunately for her, she finds out that Gavin has a crush on her.

In "Sleepless in Royal Woods", Mrs. Bernardo prepares for her role as a thief for a commercial by pretending to steal cheese from Dairyland, causing Rita to mistake her for a real thief.

The Casagrandes[]

The park appears in The Casagrandes episode "An Udder Mess", where Ronnie Anne is shown to have won two tickets to Dairyland. However, she faces a dilemma; she wants to invite not only her best friend Lincoln, but Sid, too. Her attempts to get another winning cap prove fruitless, so Carl approaches her with a plan: sneak into the park in a Tippy costume to fool the guards. It turns out Sid and Lincoln are having fun while Ronnie Anne and Carl are now mistaken for the actual Tippy and have to take the stage as him. They are eventually caught when Sid and Lincoln are able to pull Ronnie Anne out the suit. They reconcile and later join Rusty, Vito and his dogs in riding the Milk Shaker.

Attractions[]

S1E14A Milk Shaker
  • "Milk Shaker": A rollercoaster installed recently before the events of "Toads and Tiaras". According to Lincoln, guests must keep their mouths closed in order to avoid throwing up, lest they will get hit in the face with their own vomit.
  • "Fly Me to the Moo": It's the park's newest roller coaster, as shown in "Kick the Bucket List".
    • The ride's name is a parody of the phrase "Fly Me To The Moon".
  • Tunnel of Butter: A ride similar to a Tunnel of Love where two people ride in a boat through a romantically-decorated tunnel.
  • Calf-Price Gift Shop: A store where you can buy merchandise.
  • House of Moo: A place where you have to decorate a cow face to match another picture.
  • Cattle Battle: A ride where you sit on a remote-controlled cow and try not to fall off.
  • The Udder Truth: A fortune-telling booth.
  • Friends 4 Udder: A petting zoo where you get to feed a cow, goat, and a bull. "Hurl, Interrupted" reveals that the cow's name is Ursula, and she angers easily.
  • Bumper Cows: A set of bumper cars.
  • Shake Lab: A place to make milkshakes and experiment with different flavors.
  • Cup of Whoa! - A spinning teacup ride.
  • Chocolate Milkshaker: A launching ride shaped like a milk carton.
  • Whipped Scream: An intense rollercoaster notorious for making people throw up. After the events of "Hurl, Interrupted", this ride was removed to make way for the hotel.
  • Li'l Skimmer: A small, moving milk carton to ride on. The ride is seen as childish, and toddlers are seen riding on it, but when Maddie is teasing Paula, she makes a reference to the latter riding on it, indicating that there isn't an age limit.
  • Dairyland Uddertorium: An auditorium where they give dairy-related shows, such as a demonstration on churning butter.
  • Seas o' Cheese: A ride where people ride a boat on melted cheese while animatronics sing.
  • Log-tose Intolerant: A log flume ride.
  • Cheese Wheel: A swing ride.
  • Dairyland Condos: Some on-site condos that began construction in "Present Danger".

  • Sweetheart Land: A romantic attraction for all romantic lovers, young and old.
  • Pop-a-Pig: A game where you hit pigs that pop up.
  • Whack-a-Quail: A game involving hitting virtual quails.
  • Dairy-versary firework displays: Nightly firework displays.
  • Creamy Combine: An ice cream dispenser.
  • Barn of Horrors: An eerily-decorated, barn-themed ride. Lynn Sr. once rode it as a child and it was his first Dairyland ride, but it has changed drastically since then. Its lower age limit seems to be five, since when he took Lisa and Lynn to it, he said he was glad that the two of them were "finally old enough" to ride it.

Trivia[]

  • Its name is a parody of the now closed Fairyland Park. It could also be a parody of Disneyland.
  • It was revealed in "Toads and Tiaras" that Dairyland's full name is Dairyland Amoosement Park.
    • The made-up word "amoosement" is a combination of the words "amusement" and "moo", which is a reference to the park's cow and dairy theme.
  • According to Lincoln's Q&A, there's a Dairyland in Europe called Euro Dairyland. Its only known attraction is called the Brie Fall.
    • This is a reference to Disneyland Paris, originally called "Euro Disneyland".
  • The amusement park had different names in the Latin American dub of the series. In "In Tents Debate", it was first called "La Granja", in "Toads and Tiaras", it was then called "Lactolandia", and in "One of the Boys", it was called once more "Lechelandia".
  • In the Spanish dub, the park is named "Villa es la Leche" (at least in "In Tents Debate").

Mascots[]

Tippy the Cow[]

Tippy the Cow is the mascot of Dairyland, who first appeared in the episode "In Tents Debate". Luan disguises herself as Tippy, in an attempt to convince Lincoln to go to the park instead of Aloha Beach. Lucy then dresses up in a deranged mad cow version of the costume to chase Lincoln around, so that he'll side with Aloha Beach over Dairyland.

Tippy the Cow reappeared in "Singled Out", this time portrayed by a man. He overheard Lynn and Dexter's private conversation about their relationship, but Dexter asked him for some privacy, causing him to finally leave.

In "Band Together", Luna and her band the Moon Goats disguised themselves as Tippys.

In "Hurl, Interrupted", a Tippy mascot appears, once again portrayed by a man, who explains about the Seas o' Cheese ride not working. He later alerts everyone to Ursula the cow's escape, and tells Lynn and her friends about Whipped Scream being replaced with the hotel. When Lynn wrangles Ursula, he is among the crowd of people who celebrate.

In "Stressed for the Part", a Tippy mascot appears, once more portrayed by a man, and is one of the main characters of the stage show, A Cream Come True, alongside Luan as Heidi Heifer. Before the show's first performance, he makes an announcement over the intercom to remind Luan to report to the Udder-torium. After the performance turns out a success, Tippy accidentally trips over spilled funnel cake.

In "Food Courting", a Tippy mascot appears with more of a silent role. As a consequence, it is unknown who is under the suit. They silently give a thumbs up to Miguel's stylish poses and comfort him when he cannot ride Seas o' Cheese with Leni and Gavin. Later, they are also seen with several children when Leni visits them for advice on how to deal with Gavin's crush on her.

In "Force of Habits", a Tippy mascot appears once more portrayed by a man.

In "Sponsor Tripped", Tippy represents Dairyland when it agrees to sponsor Carla.

In "Can't Lynn Them All", a Tippy mascot appears once more portrayed by a man. It is revealed that the unidentified person who dresses as Tippy also doubles as a mascot during Dairyland's slow season. Bella "Big" Bucks has Lynn Loud wrestling him while instructed to take a dive. Lynn couldn't do it and defeated Tippy.

Appearance[]

Tippy is an anthropomorphic Holstein cow. She has white fur, with black spots, and only wears a light blue tutu.

Trivia[]

  • The nose of the Tippy mascot costume is shown to honk when pushed.
  • The name Tippy seems to be a nod to the myth of cow tipping.
  • In "One of the Boys", Lincoln was holding a Tippy plush.

Heidi Heifer[]

Heidi Heifer is a Dairyland character introduced in "Stressed for the Part", currently played by Luan Loud.

Biography[]

Heidi is a long-standing character involved with the history of Dairyland, and Luan's dream role. According to Luan, many actresses who have played Heidi have since had highly-successful careers, with one actress currently being a leading bovine on Broadway.[1] Mrs. Bernardo has also been known to have tried unsuccessfully to audition for the role fourteen times.[2]

In "Stressed for the Part", Luan auditions to play Heidi in the Dairyland play A Cream Come True and ends up getting the part. She tries to hide the fact from Mrs. Bernardo, but eventually confesses.

By "Puns and Buns", Luan has continued to play Heidi, and has been described by Benny as the best Heidi Dairyland has ever seen.
