David John Tennant (née McDonald) is a Scottish actor, producer and director. He is best known for his roles as the tenth and fourteenth incarnations of The Doctor in the BBC sci-fi series Doctor Who (2005–2010) and also voiced Scrooge McDuck in the 2017-21 reboot of DuckTales.
For Nickelodeon, he voiced the Fugitoid in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and voiced Angus in The Loud House Movie.
