In order to receive her diploma from Luan's pranking academy, Ronnie Anne must pass one final test.
Synopsis[]
At the Loud House, Luan is holding a ceremony for Ronnie Anne for graduating from her pranking academy. As Lincoln and Benny cheer her on, Luan hands Ronnie Anne her diploma, when suddenly, the writing vanishes before her eyes. It turns out that it was printed with invisible ink, and that she hasn't officially earned her diploma yet, as Ronnie Anne has one final test to take before she can obtain it: she must prank the master before sundown. Upon leaving after reminding her of her rule of working with what she's got, Ronnie Anne enlists Lincoln's help in pranking Luan.
What follows is Lincoln and Ronnie Anne attempting to prank Luan with any prank they can, only for it to backfire on them.
First, they decide to reroute the shower's piping so that Luan gets showered in chili instead of water, only to have Luan reroute it to the sprinkler system so that it sprays them instead.
Second, they load a semitruck's airbag in Luan's favorite seat at Lynn's Table to launch her into the ceiling the second she lays down. However, when Luan sits on it, it doesn't activate, and when she excuses herself, Lincoln and Ronnie Anne go to check on the seat, only to have it fling them instead. It turns out that Luan, being used to retaliation pranks, is capable of positioning herself in a seating pose.
Third, they line a strip of plastic wrap between two trees at Tall Timbers Park to slingshot Luan, riding on her unicycle to a birthday party she's performing at, into a ditch, only for Luan to dodge it by transforming her unicycle into a pogo stick (and for Flip and Nacho to fall victim to the prank instead).
As Luan performs at the birthday party, Lincoln and Ronnie Anne, hiding behind a snack table, try to figure out how to prank Luan. Ronnie Anne decides to do some meditating in order to remember what she learned, and upon remembering Luan's rule of working with what she's got, she gets an idea. Sneaking backstage, Ronnie Anne decides to tamper with Luan's stilts by loosening the screws on the footrests. Upon doing so, Lincoln and Ronnie Anne quickly hide, and right on cue, the stilt's footrests give out, causing Luan to lose her balance and fall right onto the snack table. Lincoln and Ronnie Anne believe they succeeded, only for Luan to reveal that she was actually Benny in disguise; and Lincoln spots the real Luan atop a hill, where she quickly rides off. With only 23 minutes left until sundown, Lincoln and Ronnie Anne promptly follow suit. After a prolonged chase, they discover her entering a corn maze at the Hunnicut farm (which she clearly set up). Upon seeing Virginia come out, battered and tired, Lincoln and Ronnie Anne enter.
Exploring the maze, Lincoln and Ronnie Anne attempt to find Luan, but with no sense of direction on where to go, they end up falling victim to the maze's many pranks, some of which are made to completely mislead them. After trapping the two in prison made of hay, Luan proclaims that Ronnie Anne failed the test, when suddenly, she is lifted up by a forklift being driven by Virginia, who drops her into a mud puddle. Seeing how she got bested, Luan asks Ronnie Anne how she managed to prank her, to which Ronnie Anne reveals that, upon witnessing Virginia come out of the maze, they secretly made a deal to work together to take Luan down. Because she succeeded in pranking the master, Luan proudly tells Ronnie Anne that she earned her diploma. Suddenly, Benny arrives from the back to try and prank Luan, only for Luan to stop him effortlessly, making Benny bemoan that he'll never be able to graduate from her academy.
This is the final episode in which Ronnie Anne is 11 1/2 years old, and the final episode of the parent series to air before the release of The Casagrandes Movie.
This episode marks Ronnie Anne's only speaking role in Season 7.
This is the first episode of The Loud House since "Shell Shock" in Season 2 in which Ronnie Anne appears without any members of the Casagrande family.
According to the original outline for this episode:[1]
Ronnie Anne's Diploma would have disappeared in a puff of smoke, rather than have the text written via disappearing ink.
Lincoln immediately offers to help Ronnie Anne out as he knows her schedule, rather than chickening out and being convinced to help.
For the bathroom prank, Lincoln and Ronnie Anne would watch the hallway in Lisa's room via her security cameras (with Lisa also looking over their shoulders)
Luan would've rerouted the pipes to the kitchen sink rather than the sprinkler system, causing the chilli to spray at Lynn Sr.
Instead of jumping over the clear wrap, Luan would instead use her boxing glove accordion to punch a hole through it, then jump through it with her unicycle.
Flip would've been going on a date with Tammy, rather than having a picnic with Nacho (although Nacho would be a tagalong to their date).
When giving chase to Luan on a longboard, their scenarios would've been different, one of them involving Lincoln and Ronnie Anne sliding across the hood of Vanzilla with Rita and the rest of the kids inside it.
It would've been revealed that Luan paid Liam to have him grow a corn field for her earlier this year, but didn't give him a reason as to why.
The pranks in the maze after the manure prank would've been different.
Ronnie Anne would've been the one driving the forklift to prank Luan instead of Virginia, while the Ronnie Anne we see in the maze would've actually have been Liam in disguise, referring back to how Luan had Benny disguise himself as her.
Ronnie Anne once connected the shower pipes to a pot full of chili, and when Bobby fell for the prank, he ended up picking beans out of his hair for days.
Luan usually eats lunch at Lynn's Table on Saturdays and always sits on the far corner of the half-circular booth.
Grant is now working at Lynn's Table again after having resigned in "Dine and Bash".
Luan never sits down on a seat, but instead hovers over the seat to avoid getting pranked.
Luan's unicycle can transform into a pogo stick with the push of a button on a remote control.
Mr. Grouse has a pair of cat underwear.
The Hunnicuts have never had a corn maze on their farm.
Benny's favorite flavor of pie is banana cream.
Luan's order to "work with what you've got" is similar to her advice that "anything can be a prank" from "Pranks Fore Nothing".
Coincidentally, Benny disguising himself as Luan to protect her from a prank is similar to how Chet disguised himself as Coach Niblick as sabotage.
The corn maze that Luan installed on Hunnicut Farm is similar to the one from "Tricked!". Coincidentally, she designed the signs in both episodes.
A running gag throughout the episode is that Ronnie Anne's newfound knowledge of certain skills is the result of her lessons in Luan's prank academy, saying it was "part of the class". Some of these skills include:
Plumbing
CPR
Morse code
Sailing
Welding
Lockpicking
Voice mimicry
Learning to tell time by the sun
Animal training
Innuendo: After Luan finishes her spaghetti and meatballs, she says that the food is "not sitting right" as a stomach rumble is audible and rushes away, implying that the food caused gastrointestinal distress.
Irony: After spotting what appears to be Luan's ponytail poking out of the corn maze, Ronnie Anne throws a water balloon at it, only to discover that it was an actual horse's tail.
Lincoln and Ronnie Anne also could not deduce this, despite getting covered in horse manure earlier on.
Foreshadowing: Before entering the corn maze with Lincoln, Ronnie Anne carefully inspects Virginia, implying that she had plans involving her. Virginia would end up delivering her prank against Luan when they seemingly became trapped.

Dread of the Class - The title of this episode is a reference to the 1986 sitcom, Head of the Class.
Errors[]
When Luan enters Hunnicut Farms, her left leg is clipping through the seat on her unicycle.
Also, when Luan grabs the handle of the butter churner, her right hand is layered over it.
Although Luan proclaims she never sits in a seat to avoid getting pranked, instead using her legs to hover above it, there are several instances in the show where Luan is in a seat and her legs are off the ground, indicating she's exaggerating.
