Act I[]
In England, the Louds are driving haphazardly in a double-decker bus. After coming to a stop, Lincoln reveals to the viewers that Mick Swagger is being knighted, and because he knows how much of a fan Luna is, he invited the Louds to England to attend his ceremony. At that moment, the Louds arrive to their destination: the Royal Castle. Upon meeting up with Mick, the family enters the castle.
As Lincoln explores the castle, he nearly gets impaled by a protruding spear being held by a knight on display. Suddenly, Lincoln spots a pair of blinking eyes behind the helmet, and as Lincoln investigates, a voice suddenly comes out, to which Lincoln realizes that it's X, Myrtle's old spy boss, going undercover. Sneaking off the next room, X reveals she and several other agents are undercover because they heard from word-of-mouth that something is going to be stolen during the ceremony and are here in an attempt to thwart the theft. X also correctly predicts that Lincoln wants to help, and she sternly tells him not to, since she wants to leave it to the professionals. However, Lincoln manages to prove himself as an excellent agent by revealing that he immediately figured out who the undercover agents are, and after proposing that he can get his family involved to get more intel, X, impressed by Lincoln's skills, agrees to let him help. With Lincoln on board, he states that all he needs to do is get his family on board as well.
Although this episode premiered in 2025, it was made in 2024 according to the credits along with the rest of the Europe Road Trip story arc episodes.
Out of all episodes that were the first to premiere in a specific year, this episode aired the latest, having premiered on July 11th.
The gap between this episode and the previous one in broadcast order, "The Cling and I", marks the longest hiatus between any two episodes of the show, at 232 days, beating the 134-day hiatus between "Lynn and Order" and "Day of the Dad".
This is the first episode to premiere after The Really Loud House concluded its broadcast, as well as the first episode since "Great Lakes Freakout!" to not premiere during the run of a spin-off.
This is the second piece of Loud House media to involve the Louds traveling to Europe, the first being The Loud House Movie.
Coincidentally, both involve them traveling to Great Britain.
Starting from this episode onward, the episode names on the title card are written in a different font.
Sometime during the production of this episode, the owners of the Skater Dudes font discovered that Nickelodeon did not have the proper license to use it for the show, which forced the company to cease using it immediately, and have it be replaced with a new font made exclusively for the show.
However, the old font is still used for localized titles internationally, such as the French and Italian dubs.
This episode, along with the rest of the Europe Road Trip story arc, premiered in the most countries before the US, at 29, and the most since "Overnight Success", which premiered in 22 countries before the US.
This is the first episode to feature a character who debuted in a film (in this case, X) and the second in the franchise to do so, after the Really Loud House episode "A Musical to Remember".
This episode reveals the following:
Luna has read Mick Swagger's autobiography at least 10 times and is still learning new details about him.
Lincoln's favorite David Steele film is titled To London with Love.
Mick Swagger has a copper guitar pick with the Union Jack on it that he only uses to play his song "Tiny Trooper", which he wrote as a tribute to his first car.
Mick Swagger is too tall to sit comfortably in the back seat of a coupe.
Mick Swagger being knighted is a reference to how his inspiration, Mick Jagger, got knighted in 2003.
Lynn Sr. spends the episode trying to relive the college semester he spent in England, which was previously mentioned in "L Is for Love".
The guest who eats the food on the cart where Lincoln and Lynn hide out while gathering info uses the same model as David Nababirdy.
Two of the dogs that Lana interviews, the bulldog and the corgi, are breeds that British monarchs have owned.
Foreshadowing: The code words used to refer to Mick Swagger, "jams" and "shredder", can both refer to playing guitar, which is the instrument he was carrying at the ceremony.
References[]
A Knight to Remember - The title of this episode is a reference to the 1958 action-drama film, A Night to Remember.
God Save the King - The title card music uses the national anthem of the United Kingdom which was later adapted to "My Country, 'Tis of Thee", an American patriotic song and former de facto anthem of the United States.
The anthem also plays at the end of the episode.
Drama Queens - The reality series that Lori watched on the flight to London, Drama Kings, is a pun on this 2024 British reality series.
Unlike the real series, which only ran for eight episodes across one season, Lori mentions that Drama Kings has an episode numbered 201, meaning that it's either the 201st episode or the first episode of the second season.
From Russia with Love - The name of Lincoln's favorite David Steele movie, To London with Love, is likely a reference to this 1963 James Bond film.
INTERPOL - Interspy is a reference to this international police organization.
Nottingham - Nuttingham is a reference to this city in the county of Nottinghamshire.
Errors[]
Either the brakes switched or was Lynn sr. hitting the wrong pedal.
The first time the brakes were hit in the Double decker bus (By Rita) the brake pedal was shown to be a tall pentagon shape, while the second time the brakes were hit (by Lynn Sr., but unable to due to the dog's waste) it had more of a short pentagon shape.
Possible: When Luna is reading Mick Swagger's autobiography, she flips the page in the opposite direction. However, she mentions that she has already read it 10 times, so she may be deliberately reading it out of order.
When Lori explains that soccer is called "football" in England, Lynn has short sleeves. When Lincoln mentions that Lori has been binge-watching Drama Kings, Lynn has long sleeves.
Lori mentions that there is a Victorian-era shredder in the king's office. In real life, paper shredders were invented in 1909, eight years after Queen Victoria died.
Lynn's bangs are flipped at several moments during the episode:
When Lincoln deduces that the theft will occur in either the royal kitchen or the royal office.
When the Loud siblings react in shock to the fact that Mick was the real target.
When Lisa reviews surveillance footage of Mick Swagger's 1,000 Lids tour.
When Lincoln grabs onto a tree with his David Steele grappling hook.
