Carlos Alazraqui is an American voice actor and comedian. Outside of The Loud House, he is best known for his work by voicing Rocko and Spunky from Rocko's Modern Life, Winslow and Lube from "CatDog", Scooter from SpongeBob SquarePants, the Stink Bug from T.U.F.F. Puppy, Walden, Earl, Chef Fritz, Moo Moo the Magician and additional characters from "Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!", and Denzel Crocker, Juandissimo, and Dinkleberg from The Fairly OddParents. Currently, he voiced Carlos, Sergio and Vito from The Loud House, The Casagrandes and The Casagrandes Movie. Additionally, he currently voices Scissors from Rock Paper Scissors.
