Frederick Charles "Fred" Willard was an American actor, comedian, voice actor and writer, best known for his improvisational comedy.

He is known for his roles in the Rob Reiner mockumentary film This Is Spinal Tap, the Christopher Guest mockumentary films Waiting for Guffman, Melvin in Disney's Chicken Little, Mr. Walters in Monster House, Boogeyman in Cartoon Network's The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, Shelby Forthright BnL CEO in Pixar's WALL-E, Mr. Hubley in Scooby-Doo! Legend of the Phantosaur, Best in ShowA Mighty Wind, and For Your Consideration, and the Anchorman films. Willard has received four Emmy nominations in his career.

In The Loud House, he provided the voice of Albert (Pop-Pop).

On May 15, 2020, he passed away in his sleep at the age of 86 from natural causes.
