Jess Harnell is an American voice actor and musician, best known for his roles as Wakko Warner in Animaniacs and Crash Bandicoot in the video game franchise of the same name. He also voices Ironhide and Barricade in Transformers live action films. He is also the current announcer for the ABC clip show America's Funniest Home Videos.

In The Loud House, he provided the voices of Pucker Uppenheimer, the lead singer of the band SMOOCH, as well as the group's bassist.
