Kara is a minor character in The Loud House, who made her first appearance in "Beg, Borrow and Steele". Biography[]Kara is the cashier at the Royal Woods' Comic Book Nook, a store owned by her parents. She is a fan of David Steele, often reading his comics during her work shifts and frequenting the fan boards. In "Beg, Borrow and Steele", Kara overhears Lincoln's intent on obtaining an extremely rare David Steele figurine from a mystery box sold at the store, something she admits she's never found despite her connections. After Lincoln fails to obtain the figurine, Kara suggests that he could borrow money from a kingpin, as Lackey Larry did with Golden Toe in one issue of the comic. Lincoln subsequently borrows money from Lola and purchases more mystery boxes from Kara, eventually obtaining the rare figurine. However, his continual spending leaves Lincoln indebted to Lola and eventually his other sisters, forcing him to sell his collection back to Kara. At first, Kara refuses to pay Lincoln any more than $12, as the set is being reissued the following day and subsequently rendering Lincoln's collection worthless. However, she then notices one of Lincoln's figurines is an Odd Bob with Blowfish's dorsal fin attached to its head and immediately agrees to buy it, citing it as extremely valuable due to being a factory defect. The price Kara offers for the defective figurine is enough for Lincoln to pay back all of his sisters and keep the rest of his collection. In "Kara-less Whisper", she is revealed to be a new student at Royal Woods Middle School. Additionally, she is in possession of a rare comic book, leading Lincoln and his friends to try and befriend her. Personality[]
Appearance[]Kara is a dark-skinned teenage girl who is roughly Lincoln's height. She has dark brown shoulder-length hair, two eyelashes on each eye, and buck teeth. For attire, she wears a dark red sweater with a blue checkered chest stripe and a white collar, black shorts, and white ankle boots. She is revealed to have a scar on her neck from a hockey puck accident when she was five. Trivia[]
