Katherine Elaine Soucie is an American veteran voice actress, whose career goes back to the mid 1980s. She is one of the most recognized voice actresses and is known for doing accents, as well as voicing a lot of mother characters.

Some of her notable roles include Mom from Dexter's Laboratory, Fifi LaFume and Sneezer from Tiny Toon Adventures, Princess Sally from Sonic the Hedgehog (informally known as Sonic SatAM), the second voice of Janine in The Real Ghostbusters, Lucien Cramp from The Cramp Twins, Dusty from Handy Manny, Butch from Recess, Ray Ray from The Life and Times of Juniper Lee, and the voice of Kanga in the Winnie the Pooh franchise from 2000 through 2010.

She has provided voices for other Nickelodeon projects, including Phil and Lil DeVille, as well as their mother Betty in Rugrats, Miriam Pataki in Hey Arnold!, Betty Quinlan in The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, and Maddie Fenton in Danny Phantom.
