Lalo Alcaraz is an American cartoonist, writer, producer and animator. He is most known for being the author of the comic La Cucaracha, the first nationally syndicated, politically themed Latino daily comic strip, He had also consulting producer and writer on Seth MacFarlane's executive produced and written for the animated series Bordertown and for being one of the producers on Disney Pixar's Coco.

Lalo is a cultural consultant and writer for The Casagrandes as well as for The Casagrandes story arc in The Loud House.
