[Lincoln and Clyde are dressed in spy suits and approaching an evil lair] Lincoln: "There it is. Chip Micro's headquarters. Let's go." [Cut to inside the lair, where DareBot 2.0 and FriendBot 1000 are patrolling. FriendBot takes an oil break and takes a sip before several nuts and bolts fall on him. He looks upwards, only for Lincoln and Clyde to fall on him.] Lincoln: "We made it in." [He and Clyde strike poses before continuing.] Countdown Voice: "COUNTDOWN TO DETONATION IN T MINUS TWO MINUTES." [The two boys approach a detonation device as an alarm blares.] Lincoln: "Oh, no! The control panel is sealed!" Clyde:[bangs on the panel] "How are we supposed to stop this thing?" Todd:[enters the room dressed up as a villain holding a button] "LOOKING FOR THIS, AGENT STEELE? IT'S THE ONLY WAY TO OPEN THE CONTROL PANEL." Lincoln: "MALICE Agent Chip Micro. I should have known." Todd: "YOU'RE JUST IN TIME TO SEE ME ANNIHILATE ROYAL WOODS." Lincoln: "Not on my watch." [fires a grappling hook pistol, only to phase through Todd] "A hologram?" [Suddenly the real Todd shows up] Todd: "DID YOU REALLY THINK IT WAS GOING TO BE THAT EASY? GOOD LUCK FINDING THE REAL REMOTE, AGENT STEELE." [He summons several holograms of himself, all laughing evilly.] Clyde: "Got any bright ideas, Agent Steele?" Lincoln: "How's this for a bright idea, Agent Alloy?" [unveils a watch] "Activating super spy flashlight!" [He activates the gadget, dispersing all the Todd holograms and exposing the real Todd, who winces in pain.] Clyde:[takes the button] "Sorry to push your buttons, Chip, but you lose." [Lincoln, Clyde, and Todd all pose under the David Steele logo.] Lincoln: "Cut!" [It turns out they were filming a movie] "And that's a wrap, people." [A stage light falls next to Clyde. As Lincoln heads to the refreshment table, Flip approaches with a Flippee and flip phone] Flip: "Hey, remember our deal, Loud. I gave you the money for your movie, and you agreed to be in a commercial for the Food & Fuel. Now say the thing." [He hands Lincoln a Flippee and starts filming on his phone.] Lincoln:[takes a sip] "Mm! Flippees. The official drink of the Unofficial David Steele movie." Flip:[swipes the Flippee back] "Pleasure doing business!" [leaves] [Todd approaches, now seemingly out of character] Lincoln: "Todd, you were amazing! And the hologram effect Lisa installed was the coolest!" [notices something off] "Todd?" [It turns out he's a hologram.] Todd: "HA HA HA HA. GOT YOU, LINCOLN. YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN THE LOOK ON YOUR FACE. ACTUALLY, I CAN SHOW YOU. PLAYING MEMORY FROM THREE SECONDS AGO." [He plays the memory of Lincoln and the hologram Todd] Memory Lincoln: "Todd?" [passes through the hologram] "Ahh!" [Todd replays Lincoln's shock multiple times while zooming in on his face] "Ahh! Ahh! Ahh! Ahh!" Todd: "HA HA HA HA. GOOD TIMES."
[The next day at the Loud House, Lincoln, Clyde, and Todd are doing revisions to the script in the dining room.] Lincoln: "So are we thinking explosion before or after David Steele's catchphrase? Wait, why not--" Lincoln, Clyde, and Todd: "Both!" [Enter Lisa, panting] Lisa: "Quick question, have you seen the nuclear reactor from yesterday's shoot? Uh, not to create any panic, but it's missing. And if it falls into the wrong hands..." [chuckles nervously] "...it could potentially destroy Royal Woods." Lincoln: "You mean that was real?!" Lisa: "You asked for screen accuracy, Lincoln. Anyway, if you stumble on a glowing, unstable nuclear reactor, let me know." Lincoln: "You're in luck, Lisa. Where there's evil in the world, there's only one secret agent who can stop it, and his name is-" Clyde: "Um, Lincoln, Lisa already left." Lincoln:[sighs] "Agent David Steele. We're coming up to help, Lis!" [He and Clyde leave the dining room.]
[Lisa and Lily's room] Lisa: "Hmm, perhaps I can use the reactor's heat signature to pinpoint its location via satellite." Alarm: "Ah-ah-ah. Nice try, but you won't find it that easily." Lisa:[gasps] "This confirms it! Someone stole the reactor." Todd: "LISA, THERE'S SOMETHING YOU MIGHT WANT TO SEE."
[The dining room.] Todd: "WHILE I WAS GOING THROUGH THE FOOTAGE, I FOUND THIS." [He shows footage of a flickering Flip near the reactor at 8:01 PM.] Clyde:[gasps] "Flip? But why would he want to steal the reactor?" Lincoln: "There's only one way to find out. When the world is in trouble, it's time to hop in the world's most sophisticated spy vehicle, the-" Clyde: "Lincoln, Lisa already left." Lincoln:[sighs] "The Steele Mobile." [They leave]
[The garage opens to reveal Lola's jeep, once again modified into the Steele Mobile. Lincoln and Clyde outfit the Steele Mobile with its own shades, and they back it out of the garage with Lisa riding inside.] Lisa: "And remember, this vehicle is on loan from Lola. We can't leave one scratch on it, or--" Lincoln: "Yeah, yeah, yeah." [He accelerates the engine and they zoom off into the city.] Clyde: "Look, there's Flip and Nacho." [They pull up next to Flip's tow truck] Lincoln: "Flip, pull over!" [Flip and Nacho gasp before looking at the traffic light, which turns green, and they immediately flee the scene. Flip looks into the mirrors and sees Lincoln, Clyde, and Lisa gaining on them.] Flip: "Nacho, evasive maneuver!" [Nacho salutes and deploys the truck's hook. It drags on the ground before latching onto the Steele Mobile's fender. Flip chuckles before they realize they're approaching the Food & Fuel. He hits the brakes, sending the Steele Mobile upwards onto an inflatable tube.] Clyde: "Get 'em!" [They corner Flip] Lincoln: "Jig's up, Flip! Time to confess!" Flip: "OK, you caught me! I did it! It was me all along!" Lincoln and Clyde: "Yes!" Lisa: "I knew it!" Flip: "I clogged the toilet in your house yesterday. I just kept flushing and flushing, and it started to overflow!" Lincoln:[disgusted] "What? Ew, no! We know you stole Lisa's reactor!" Clyde: "And there's no getting out of this one. We have everything on tape." [He shows the footage of Flip near the reactor] Flip: "Oh, that's malarkey. That time stamp right there says 8:00 PM. I was having a bubble bath last night at that time. And besides, I don't glitch out." [They check the video again and spot "Flip" glitching] Lisa:[gasps] "It's a hologram! Todd must have created it and doctored the footage." Lincoln: "But why would Todd want to steal the reactor?" Lisa: "Hmm. I might have an idea." [grabs Clyde's phone] "Let me just check the footage from the end of the movie." [She rewinds to the end of the shoot] Camera Lincoln: "Uh, anyway, great work, guys." [Todd turns around so his back faces the camera. Lisa zooms in on a peculiar switch.] Lisa: "Aha, yes. I was afraid of that. See this switch? It controls Todd's villain function. I created it to Todd's performance would feel less, um, well, robotic. I must have never turned it off." Clyde: "He still thinks he's Chip Micro?" Lisa: "Bingo. And he's going to finish what he started: total annihilation of Royal Woods!" [both gasp] "But fear not. Once we turn the villain switch off, old Todd will return." Clyde: "But he's the master of villainy! He could be anywhere." Lincoln: "Good thing David Steele has an international spy network at his disposal." [takes out his phone] "I'll just call her agent in Monaco, who will email our contact in Berlin-" Lisa: "Found him. The tracking device I installed says he's at an abandoned warehouse at the edge of town." Lincoln: "Let's roll out." [strikes poses with Clyde] "It's time to save the world." Lisa:[sighs] "Fine." [poses with the two] [They hop into the Steele Mobile and drive off, unaware that FriendBot 1000 is spying on them.] FriendBot 1000:[in walkie-talkie] "AGENT STEELE IS ON THE MOVE, TODD." Todd: "THEY MUST BE ONTO US. NICE WORK, FRIENDBOT. I'LL HANDLE IT." [As Lincoln drives, the Steele Mobile's steering wheel starts moving on its own] Lincoln: "Ah! What the heck?! I can't control the car." Todd:[from car radio] "I'LL TAKE IT FROM HERE, AGENT STEELE. OH, AND DO BUCKLE UP. IT'S GOING TO BE A BUMPY RIDE." [Lincoln, Clyde, and Lisa all hang on for dear life as Todd remotely hijacks the Steele Mobile and directs it to Tall Timbers Park.] Lincoln: "Everybody, jump!" [They all jump out of the Steele Mobile as it lands inside the lake.] "C'mon! We can still make it to the warehouse." [They set off]
[Now the three are watching the warehouse from a dumpster.] Lincoln: "Look! I think I see something!" [Mr. Reinforced Titanium Alloy Arms and DareBot 2.0 emerge from the warehouse.] Mr. Reinforced Titanium Alloy Arms: "CHIP MICRO SAID TO GUARD THE ENTRANCE." Lisa: "Hmm. They appear to be under the control of Todd." Clyde: "How are we supposed to get in now?" Lincoln: "Hmmm..." [He finds a pipe and a square box and gets an idea. Later, the three, disguised as robots, approach the warehouse.] Lincoln:[robotically] "GREETINGS. JUST ANOTHER DAY OF BEING A ROBOT." [They enter the warehouse and start whistling... which blows their cover to Mr. Reinforced Titanium Alloy Arms.] Mr. Reinforced Titanium Alloy Arms: "WAIT. ROBOTS CAN'T WHISTLE. WE DON'T HAVE LIPS. AFTER THEM." [The robots all start firing lasers at the three, who take cover near a box.] Countdown Voice: "REACTOR DETONATION IN T-MINUS FIVE MINUTES." Lincoln: "We'll need to split up. Walkie if you find the reactor." [The others nod and they run for it.] Mr. Reinforced Titanium Alloy Arms:[chasing Lincoln] "THERE THEY ARE. COME BACK, HUMANS." [He spots Lincoln's footprints and follows, passing by a series of boxes...] Lincoln: "Oh, boy, he'll never find me inside this shipping crate." [Mr. Reinforced Titanium Alloy Arms removes one box, but Lincoln isn't inside] "No, not that one. The one behind you." [He removes the other one, revealing Lincoln's spy watch] "You can forget a-bot catching us." [Lincoln himself shows up and removes the battery] "Gotcha! One down. I hope Lisa and Clyde have DareBot under control." [Meanwhile, Lisa and Clyde run away screaming from DareBot 2.0 and are cornered near several boxes. As DareBot charges a laser, Clyde takes out a mirror and reflects the shot back at it, destroying it.] Lisa: "Hmm, resourceful. But why do you have that?" Clyde: "Oh, it's regulation. Secret agents can't have any nose hairs showing." Lincoln: "There you guys are. Now where's that reactor?" Countdown Voice: "DETONATION IN T-MINUS TWO MINUTES." Lisa:[notices something and points] "Look, over there!" Lincoln: "The reactor!" [They sprint to the reactor as the alarm blares.] Todd: "SO GLAD YOU COULD MAKE IT, MR. STEELE AND FRIENDS." Lincoln: "This isn't you, Todd. It's the villain switch talking. Look, we're going to slowly come over and turn it off, OK?" [Todd presses a button and traps them all in a net.] Todd: "SORRY, AGENT STEELE. THAT WON'T BE HAPPENING, AND NOW YOU CAN WATCH ME ANNIHILATE ROYAL WOODS. OH, AND ONE LAST THING." [removes the villain switch to their horror] "NOW I'LL BE IN VILLAIN MODE FOREVER. HAHA, HAHA. YOU SHOULD SEE YOUR FACES." [throws the switch away] "ACTUALLY, I CAN SHOW YOU. PLAYING MEMORY FROM THREE SECONDS AGO." [plays memory of them gasping repeatedly] Lincoln:[realizes] "Wait, memories!" Todd: "ANY LAST WORDS BEFORE I DESTROY ROYAL WOODS?" Lincoln: "Todd, play memory from last year's Dream Boat finale." Todd: "ODD CHOICE." [He plays a memory of himself with the Loud siblings watching TV in the living room, Lincoln holding a bowl of popcorn.] Memory Lincoln: "You really make family TV night the best, Todd!" [The siblings hug Todd] Memory Lily: "Aww!" Todd:[starts to revert to normal] "WHAT IS HAPPENING? TODD IS GETTING ALL THE FEELS." [slaps himself and switches to villain mode] "STOP IT, TODD. FINISH THE JOB." Lisa: "We're getting through to the old Todd." Lincoln: "Todd, play karaoke memory." [Todd plays a memory of himself dancing on stage while the siblings cheer him on] Memory Siblings: "Go, Todd! Go, Todd! Go, Todd!" [Todd starts stammering as he flickers between the old and villain personas] Lisa: "It's working! Keep the memories coming." Clyde: "Play jazz aerobics memory!" Lisa: "Play bedtime memory!" [Todd plays a memory of himself dancing with Lori and Lola...] Memory Lola: "Way to squeeze those glutes, Todd!" [...and another of himself tucking Lily to bed.] Memory Lily: "I wuv you, Todd." Todd: "OH, NO." [reverts to normal in a flash of light] "WHAT HAVE I DONE?" [frees the trio from his net] "OH, I AM SORRY, MY BELOVED CHILDREN." Countdown Voice: "TOTAL ANNIHILATION IN TEN, NINE, EIGHT..." [The kids and Todd rush over to the machine, but Clyde finds out that...] Lisa: "Oh, no! The button's jammed!" Lincoln: "I know what will loosen it!"' [takes off his shoe] "Initiating David Steele olive oil shoe nozzle." [He sprays olive oil on the button and hops on the console to shut it down.] Countdown Voice: "...THREE, TWO..." [Lincoln presses the button and shuts it down] "ANNIHILATION AVERTED." Lincoln: "We did it!" [The four cheer and hug each other] "Olive oil shoes-- not just for bread dipping anymore." Lisa: "Yeah, I think it's time we go home." Todd: "I CALL SHOTGUN IN THE STEELE MOBILE." [The kids wince as they remember they'd ditched it.] Clyde:[nervously] "About that..."
[Meanwhile, Lola is having a tea party at Tall Timbers Park. She pours tea for Mr. Sprinkles and Eunice.] Lola: "Slow down, Mr. Sprinkles. That's your third cup!" [A bubbling sound is heard] "Huh?" [She sets down her teapot and approaches the pond, only to gasp in horror when her beloved jeep surfaces, now covered in seaweed and with the Steele Mobile colors bleeding off of it] "AAAHHH!!!!!!!" [The end]
