Tetherby's mansion is a big manor located in Royal Woods. Its owner is Lord Tetherby, who obtained it by being the heir to the tetherball fortune. It only appeared in "Out on a Limo", when Tetherby invites Lincoln here to show him how to live life like the rich. Due to Lincoln losing his limo, Tetherby denied him access, and had security boot him out. Description[]Tetherby's mansion is a triple-wide manor with yellow walls and a dark-gray roof. The front door of the house is on the central section, which sits at the top of a flight of stairs with a wall-mounted exterior lantern on either side. A tall rectangular window sits above the door. The sections on either side of the centerpiece have two tall, arch-shaped windows and a deck supported by pillars. Two smaller arched windows sit on the roof on each side, as well as a chimney. At the front of the house sits a large fountain with a hedge shaped like a dollar symbol, and there is a sidewalk surrounding it on three sides. First appearing in "Future Tense," this is the house that The Yates Family lives in after the Crowley's moved away. Description[]It's a two-story house, with a gray roof, a garage, and a red door.
