"Love Stinks" is the forty-ninth episode of the sixth season, the two-hundred-ninety-fifth episode, and the sixth-season finale of The Loud House. Plot[]When Lana brings home a skunk to rehabilitate, Lola grows attached when she finds the skunk has finer tastes. Synopsis[]Lola is performing her nightly routine with a mud mask. But upon entering her room she smells something foul. Figuring it's just Lana she sets up her favourite incense. Then, she grabs her sleep mask and goes to bed. Suddenly, the foul smell becomes more prominent, Lola wakes up and is horrified to find a skunk on her bed. Lana rushes in and reveals that she is taking care of the skunk, whose name is Ann, while it has a cold. Lola reluctantly agrees but only as long as she didn't have to see it, thinking skunks are gross. The next morning, Lana is trying to feed Ann a sausage smoothie, but Ann refuses. Later, Liam calls Lana asking to help with a litter of newborn piglets. Lana asks Lola to keep an eye on Ann. Lola is reluctant but agrees. As soon as Lana leaves, Ann shows interest in Lola's oat milk, and Lola shares it with Ann. Lola is intrigued by Ann's taste, then tells Ann that she'd have to tag along with her, as Lola has a busy day.   Lola and Ann hanging out together. At the mall, Lola initially decides to let Ann roam around. Lola goes with Miguel to try the perfumes when suddenly she sees Ann fighting with a woman for a scarf. Lola calls Ann back and then figures they should do something about Ann's scent. Ann picks out a perfume and Lola really likes her choice. Throughout the day, Lola and Ann bond even more getting their hair done. Later they return home, tired from their long day, and take a nap together, Lola decides to call her new friend Antoinette. Lana wakes up Lola to tell her that it's time to release Ann. Lola is aghast at the idea, but Lana explains that Ann isn't sick anymore and can't stay. Lana offers to do it if it's too hard for Lola, but she insists that she'll do it before school the next day. The next morning, Lola attempts to release Ann back to the wild, even giving her a designer bag as a farewell gift. They try so hard but they simply cannot bear to part ways. Lola decides to keep Ann but knows she can't do it at home. Later, Lola is revealed to be keeping Ann in her locker at school. But as soon as Lola goes to class, Ann runs out of oat milk. She sees another student walking by with regular milk and gets an idea. After class, Lola returns to share her lunch with Ann but finds her missing. Lola frantically searches for Ann. Later, her class notices a bad smell coming from the vents and Lola immediately knows what it is. Lola distracts the class and sneaks into the vents, but Lana is growing suspicious. Lola crawls through the vents searching for Ann but is unable to do so, and soon Principal Huggins decides to crank up the air conditioning to get rid of the smell which sends Lola flying right into Lana, who is also lurking in the vents, and also knew what Lola was up to. Lola reveals that she couldn't part with Ann so she brought her to school instead. Lana agrees to help Lola search but then immediately Lola sees Ann crawling through the vents, alone and scared. Ann is super delighted to see Lola again and they hug. Unfortunately, the combined weight of the three breaks the vent and sends them plummeting into the hall in front of the whole school, who all freak out at the sight of a skunk. Lola tries to calm everyone down, but it's too late, as Ann is scared and like any frightened skunk, sprays to protect herself. Principal Huggins is prepared to call animal control but Lola steps in, explaining what she did. Lana understands Lola's dilemma and assures her that she can see Ann whenever she wants in the park.   Ann still gets to live in luxury while in the wild. At Tall Timbers Park, Ann is living in a tree and Lola arrives with housewarming gifts and the two grow closer than ever. Suddenly Liam's pigs accidentally splatter mud all over them, but instead of being grossed out, Lola considers it her and Ann's own mud masks and they laugh it off. Cast[]
