This page describes all of Luan Loud's relationships with her family and friends.

Family

Her siblings

Generally

S1E18A Gettin' jiggly with it!

Luan having pranked her siblings.

Luan tells a lot of jokes, but rarely makes any of her siblings laugh. She also plays a lot of practical jokes on them, some of which seems truly mean spirited, as seen in "April Fools Rules", "Fool's Paradise", and "Fool Me Twice", where she goes all-out on April Fools' Day. In other cases, the impression does come off that she doesn't mean for anybody's feelings to be hurt.

She's always willing to help her siblings when they have a problem, and she has a generally friendly, and caring personality outside of her pranking nature, but can get violent tempered with her siblings, as seen in "The Sweet Spot", "Brawl in the Family", and "Making the Grade".

Lincoln

S2E23B Luan noogying Lincoln

Luan rubbing Lincoln's head.

She can at times pull nasty pranks on him, but this is likely due to the fact that she is trying to be funny, and isn't really aware that what she does can cause him grief, so it appears that she does it without malicious intentions.

In "Making the Case", he came to her for advice on making funny viral videos, and she happily gave him the idea to always have the camera on. After he humiliated all his sisters, Luan was the only one who had any desire to speak with him and help him to fix his relationship with their sisters (probably because she was one of the sisters who was not recorded). She gave him humiliating videos of him and he used them to be even.

When he thought he was going to be expelled from his family in "Ties That Bind", he left her his comic book collection, but she refused them as she didn't want him to leave.

In "Cover Girls", Lincoln dresses up as Luan at one point.

In "April Fools Rules", Luan insidiously used his relationship with Ronnie Anne to make him fall in all her traps set for April Fools' Day.

In "Lincoln Loud: Girl Guru", she involuntarily inspires Lincoln and Clyde to sell balloon animals. She was also likely the inspiration for Lincoln's piece of advice that squirt flowers make a girl's day. Later, after Lincoln and Clyde had given bad advice about girls to boys at their school she tells him not all girls are equal.

In "Funny Business", Luan makes Lincoln her clown assistant, but Lincoln accidentally gets laughs from the kids and loves it so much, that he starts to take away the attention using pratfalls. The two have a disagreement, but eventually make up, and become closer siblings from the experience.

In "Garage Banned", Luna accidentally damaged Luan's puppet, Mr. Coconuts. When Lincoln tells Luan to accept Luna's refusal to pay, she threatens Lincoln with Mr. Coconuts.

In "No Laughing Matter", Lincoln helped Luan get her comedy back after purposely getting the jokes wrong.

In "Not a Loud", she tells some details about his birth. She told she was excited to finally have a brother.

In "White Hare", Luan told Lincoln that he was funny.

In "A Fridge Too Far", when Luan tried to steal one of Lincoln's leftover mac 'n' cheese bites, a booby trap makes a watermelon drop on her foot, breaking it and forcing her to use crutches. This makes Luan get into the action of protecting her leftovers. Later, when Lincoln is hanging upside down (due to a booby trap) from the ceiling, he asks one of his siblings to let him down gently. Luan cuts the rope suspending him, hurting her brother.

In "Head Poet's Anxiety", Lincoln knows that Luan's dream is to be the youngest person performing at Royal Woods Theater.

In "A Pimple Plan", Lincoln attempts to use a piece of frozen meat to make the pimple shrink, since he says that Rip Hardcore uses it to reduce swelling from bug bites. However, Charles come in and steals the meat.

In her Listen Out Loud podcast, she dumps fish on his head and in Lucy's podcast she tricks him and Lucy into thinking the cemetery is haunted.

In Living Loud: Lincoln's List, she assigns him to find her pranks.

In Living Loud: Summer School, one of her pranks destroys his school project, but she makes amends and Lincoln returns her fake spider and gives her some dimes.

In one of the Lincoln Vlogs, Lincoln tells the viewers that he doesn't want to egg Luan on by sharing his favourite of her jokes. He then fears that she will turn that into a joke by throwing an egg at him.

Lori

S2E01 You are mistletoe-tally busted!

Luan catches Lori trying to peek at the presents.

Lori and Luan do not often interact with each other, but their relationship ranges between good and bad at times.

In "A Tale of Two Tables", they both sat at the grownup table.

In "Sound of Silence", when Lola tells the other sisters about Lincoln's earbuds, Luan believes the reason he didn't laugh at her jokes is because of said earbuds. Lori sarcastically agrees immediately after.

In "Ties That Bind", when the kids all try to be quiet and behave, while Luan is miming cleaning, Lori irritably gives her a real broom to clean with.

In "House Music", after Lori drops her sheet music thanks to Geo bumping into her and picks up her sheet music, Luan plays her whoopee cushion to make it look like Lori farted.

Much like everyone else, Lori is afraid of Luan's pranks in "April Fools Rules". According to her, Luan has shaved off her eyebrows. This was mentioned again in "Fool's Paradise".

In "Come Sale Away", when the kids are trying to see who can get Lily's blanket back first, Luan throws a trash can at Lori to try to stop her from winning.

In "11 Louds a Leapin'", Luan caught Lori trying to open a Christmas present, and convinced her not to open a present until Christmas morning.

In "Party Down", Luan really wants to go to Lori's party and begs her to invite her. Lori agrees to let her stay until she kicks her out.

In "Garage Banned", they wash the dishes together. Also, earlier in the episode, after Lori demands privacy and prompts her siblings to get out of her room, Luan comes back into the room and harasses Lori by mocking Bobby on the phone using Mr. Coconuts, making the puppet kiss her.

In "No Spoilers", Luan tells an offensive joke about her mother and Lori responds that their mother doesn't want to hear that joke about how old she is.

In "A Pimple Plan", Upon discovering the pimple on her face, she came to Lori first for help. She was the only one among all her siblings who believed that her pimple isn't a big deal and that Benny will still accept her regardless of her pimple. But after the rest of her siblings react to her pimple, Lori attempts to use a tip from Sixteen 1/2 Magazine where a pimple patch will make the pimple go away in five seconds. However, the trick doesn't work, since Lisa points out that the magazine uses false information.

In Lori's Listen Out Loud podcast, it's revealed that she and Lynn set Lori up with Bobby. In her own podcast, she pranks Lori with a bag of spicy chips and a glass of pickle juice.

In Living Loud: Surprise Party, Luan buys a present for Lori's birthday party, using Leni's credit card.

In Welcome to the Loud House, Luan makes a prank call with Lori's phone.

Leni

S2E21A Leni hugs Luan

Leni hugs Luan.

Luan gets easily annoyed by Leni's absent mindedness, as much as Leni gets annoyed by Luan's bad jokes. Luan often scares Leni with her plastic spider. Despite this, she and Luan have a good relationship, and they can be seen having fun in some episodes.

In "A Tale of Two Tables", they both sat at the grownup table.

In "Linc or Swim", Leni doesn't know the rules of the game "Marco Polo", much to Luan's annoyance.

Because Leni is afraid of spiders, Luan scares her with her plastic spider for fun like in "No Guts, No Glori", "Along Came a Sister", and "Future Tense".

In "Cover Girls", she dresses up as Leni at one point and they even copy each other's movement.

In "Raw Deal", they were playing together in the lake.

In "Funny Business" Luan revealed she asked Leni to be her her clown assistant, but she failed due to her ditziness.

In "Brawl in the Family", she believes that Leni has the right to be mad at Lori.

In "No Spoilers", she jokes before saying she spoiled the surprise.

In "Room with a Feud" Leni reveals she finds Luan's jokes funny. However, Luan couldn't stand Leni laughing non-stop.

In "No Laughing Matter", Leni stated Luan has been "so annoying" with her pranks during the sibling meeting. Then, when her siblings state how weird it is that Luan suddenly became serious, she's the only one who had some concern for her and wanted to see if she was okay. At the end of the episode, she congratulated Luan on being the winner of her contest and hugs her.

In "A Fridge Too Far", Leni tried to steal Luan's leftover brownie, but was hit in the face by a boxing glove Luan booby-trapped, making Luan taunt her. This made Leni get into the action of protecting her leftovers.

In Living Loud: Surprise Party, Luan uses Leni's credit card to buy a present for Lori's birthday party.

In Welcome to the Loud House, Luan makes kissy noises at Leni's driving outfit.

Luna

S1E12A Luna and Luan doing their hobbies

Luna and Luan doing their hobbies.

Because Luan shares a room with Luna, and they both enjoy performing, they appear to be on good terms. As seen in "Overnight Success" sometimes Luna helps her being the "band show" or bringing mood music every time Luan is practicing her stand-up comedy. Despite Luna being older, Luan sometimes tells Luna what to do. In some episodes, ("Potty Mouth", "Read Aloud", etc.) They are standing next to each other at least almost the entire episode.

In "A Tale of Two Tables", they both sat at the grownup table.

In "It's a Loud, Loud, Loud, Loud, House", they worked together to find the money. Luna shoved Luan in the furnace in the basement when she heard Lincoln come down, telling her to hide. When Lincoln questions Luna about what she was doing, she makes an excuse to have been practicing her drums. Then, even knowing Luan was still in there, she bangs on the furnace. Lincoln leaves the basement. Luan comes out of the furnace, completely dazed from the noise Luna made, asks if someone can answer the ringing in her head, then immediately faints.

In "House Music", Luna growled in annoyance at Luan when she played her whoopee cushion when Luna was picking up her guitar to make it look like Luna farted. This happened twice.

In "No Laughing Matter", when bugging Lori and Leni while they're in the bathroom, at the punchline of a joke, she flushed the toilet, messing with the water when Luna was in the shower, making her furious. After the siblings wanted to get Luan back into comedy, Luna was acting like she needed a reason to make a rimshot, trying to get her roommate to crack a joke, Luan responds with, "Good luck with that" then left. In another scene, Luan asked Luna if she was gonna be out of the bathroom soon and Luna started cracking up when the siblings decided to laugh at whatever Luan says. This made her very angry.

In "No Place Like Homeschool", when Luan says that they can get a fresh start, Luna says, "Good call, brah!" and they smile at each other.

In "Fool Me Twice", at the end, Luna, while acting, tells Luan that it's too late after she pranked them to do anything, and Luan tries to tell her that it isn't.

In ""Pipe Dreams", Luan was angry with Luna and Lynn Sr., because they played music in the middle of the night.

In Luna's episode of Listen Out Loud, Luna finds Luan's puns annoying and so gets rid of the soundproof walls. Luna also accidentally keeps Luan awake with her sleep-talking. In Lynn's episode, Luan pranks Luna by putting custard in her boots, causing them to argue.

In the comic "Sam's Pick", it is confirmed that Luan, along with her siblings, are aware that Luna is bisexual and that her crush Sam Sharp is a girl, showing that, no matter Luna's sexual orientation, Luan will always care for her.

In "Deep Cuts" Luna with Luan and Lori protested together against closing their hobby clubs.

In "Room and Hoard", Luna and Luan did a puppet show together with their old puppets.

In "Feast or Family", Luan asked Luna if she saw Mr. Coconuts, but sadly, she hasn't

Then, when Mrs. Bernardo sees how well Luan and Benny get along together, she decides to instead put them in the title roles.
