Miguel Puga Background information Gender Male Date of birth July 3, 1984 (age 41) Occupation Storyboard artist Storyboard supervisor Director Writer Miguel Puga is an American former storyboard artist, storyboard supervisor, director and writer on The Loud House. Other cartoons he has worked on include Pink Panther and Pals, Futurama, The Fairly OddParents, Shimmer and Shine, The Looney Tunes Show, Gravity Falls, SpongeBob SquarePants and Breadwinners. On November 5, 2018, Puga announced that he would be leaving The Loud House the following week to work on The Casagrandes. He worked as a co-executive producer and director on said show until its end. He also directed The Casagrandes Movie for Netflix, which released on March 22, 2024. He left Nickelodeon on October 29, 2025. This caricature is voiced by Ian James Corlett. In "Shop Girl", a caricature of him appears as an obnoxious guy that gets antagonized by Leni and Lola. This caricature is voiced by Trevor Devall. One of Miguel Puga's art heroes is Sergio Aragonés, who is known for his work on Mad magazine, and a comic called Groo the Wanderer. He had a directing credit in the combined segments of every Casagrandes episode. He is the fourth staff member to have written, boarded, and directed at least one episode of The Loud House, after Chris Savino, Kyle Marshall and Darin McGowan. Like McGowan, his only writing credit amounts to story work, rather than writing the screenplay.
