Patchy Drizzle is a minor character in The Loud House, who made his first appearance in "Snow Bored". He is the local meteorologist of Royal Woods.
Patchy Drizzle was first seen in "Snow Bored" where he talks about the snowy weather.
In "Homespun", Patchy states that Royal Woods is under a tornado warning.
In "Cooked!", it is revealed that Patchy plays racquetball with one of Clyde's dads which led to Lincoln getting his commercial promotion for Lynn's Table on television.
In "Sand Hassles", one of Haiku's plan to avoid the Morticians Club to not go to the beach was to obtain a toenail from Patchy so that they can cast a weather spell.
In "Weather or Not", his job is temporarily taken by Nacho due to his weather predictions being more accurate than Patchy's, and he is hired by Flip.

Patchy has gray hair, which is styled like a pompadour. He wears a white long-sleeved shirt, with rolled up sleeves, and a pink and lavender striped tie.
