The Loud House Encyclopedia

Phil LaMarr is an African-American actor, voice actor, former improv, sketch comedian, and television writer.

He was once part of the improv comedy group The Groundlings, and later became a cast member of MADtv.

He has had an extensive voice acting career, and some of his notable roles include The Green Lantern in Justice League, Hermes Conrad in Futurama, the titular characters on both Samurai Jack and Static Shock,, Goigoi in The Lion Guard, Marcus from The Life and Times of Juniper Lee, and Wilt & Jackie Khones from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. He has also provided voices for video game series such as Metal Gear, Jak and Daxter, Infamous, Dead Island, Kingdom Hearts and Ozzy & Drix. He also did voice work for Krushauer and Helectrix in the 2018 Disney/Pixar film, Incredibles 2.

On Nickelodeon, he has done voice work for series such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, where he voiced Baxter Stockman, and The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius where he provided the voice of Bolbi Stroganovsky.
