[Royal Woods High School: A sign is hanging on a door which reads "Prom Planning 2Day!" Inside the room, Leni is excited.]
Leni: "Good morning, my fellow committee members, and welcome to the offich kickoff of prom season!"
[She presses a button on a remote, and a poster rolls down advertising the prom, saying "A night to remember". A cannon shoots out confetti, and the other members of the committee are excited. Parker is catching the confetti on his tongue, and he eats it.]
Jackee: "Parker! What did we say about eating confetti?"
Parker: "I know. It stays in your system for seven years."
Leni: "I am vee honored to be elected this year's prom committee captain, and supes excited to work with you all! We have so much to do, but remember: This should be fun, so let's do a 'Go Acorns' on three." [She extends her hand; then Mandee, Ellie, and Jackee stack theirs on top of hers.]
Girls: "One...two...three! Go, Acorns!"
[Parker is heard eating confetti again.]
Jackee: "Parker!"
Parker: [tosses it away] "Sorry. Didn't have time for breakfast this morning." [swallows]
[Leni is at her locker when two students come up.]
Punk Girl: "Leni! We're so happy that you're our prom captain! I just know it's going to be the best night!"
Male Student: "Oh yeah! I've been looking forward to prom forever! I picked up my tux when I was five." [He reveals a tiny green tuxedo.] "The jacket's a little snug, but it's still a vibe!"
Punk Girl: "We're gonna make memories that will last a lifetime!"
[The two run off cheering, and Leni chuckles and waves.]
Leni: "Thanks for your support!" [As she closes her locker, she is shocked by Mrs. Bernardo is standing there, smiling at her. Leni shrieks and falls backward in shock.]
Mrs. Bernardo: "You know, I met my first husband at prom."
Leni: [stands up] "Oh, um, that's sweet, Mrs. Bernardo."
Mrs. Bernardo: "He was the prom king. My theatre rival was the queen! I'll never forget their entrance. The magic, the drama, me hurling a tomato at her!" [chuckles] "Oh, I get chills just thinking about it. In the stage play that is one's youth, prom is often the dramatic climax!" [She bows to Leni and backs away, leaving Leni stunned and walking away nervously.]
[As Leni passes Principal Rivers' office, Principal Rivers comes out.]
Principal Rivers: "Leni Loud! How's prom prep coming?"
Leni: "So far, so good. Everyone around here seems very prom-passionate."
Principal Rivers: "Heh, tell me about it! Whenever former students come back to visit, all they talk about is how amazing prom was."
Leni: [nervous] "They do?"
Principal Rivers: "Uh, that and the school's unpredictable plumbing." [A. Kidd is seen at the water fountain getting a drink, when the fountain starts shaking. It shoots water all over Principal Rivers, leaving her disappointed.] "See? Anyway, good luck, Leni." [gives her a thumbs-up]
Leni: [chuckles nervously] "Thanks, Principal Rivers." [She leaves nervously.]
[Inside the gym, the students are hanging streamers and inflating balloons for the prom. Leni has a checklist, listing food, decorations, entertainment, and costumes.]
Leni: "Okay, let's see..."
Parker: "Leni!" [He enters behind her, carrying a platter.] "The prom apps we ordered from Gus's came in!" [He opens the lid.] "It's a buttload of the finest meats in Royal Woods!" [The tray is shown in a closeup, but the 'L', 'D', 'S', and 'H' are missing from the school name.]
Leni: "'Roya Woo Igh'?" [checks her clipboard] "Where are the rest of the letters?"
Parker: [He is revealed to be eating a sausage from the platter, due to skipping breakfast. He quickly hides it and acts innocent.] "Uhh... I dunno." [chuckles]
Leni: [disappointed] "Mm-hmm..." [She puts a question mark next to the Food section on her checklist. Next, she runs over to Jackee, who is inflating a balloon.] "Girlies, gimme the decoration deets."
Jackee: "We found a bunch of stuff from last year's prom in the janitor's closet. A banner, streamers, plastic flower centerpieces, and a tub of glitter!" [A sneeze is heard, and the two look up at Ellie, who is hanging the banner and sparkling from the glitter.] "Ellie fell in it." [Jackee is annoyed.]
Leni: [nervously] "Oh, heh, plastic flowers and glitter." [chuckles] "Cool..." [She puts a question mark next to the Decorations as well, then she nervously walks over to a stage, where there are a bunch of speakers.]
Mandee: "Hey, Len!" [The camera pans out to reveal Tyler and his DJ stand are on the stage.] "My cousin Tyler was just about to go over his prom playlist with me."
Tyler: "I call it Tyler's..." [booming voice] "Mega Mix 3,000." [plays an airhorn; normal voice] "It's my usual for all proms, riffs, and bah mitzvas."
Leni: "Uhh..." [She is startled by another student, dressed as a jester, playing a trumpet behind her.]
Student: "Greetings, my lady. I was told you requested a trumpeter from the school band to introduce this year's prom king and queen."
Jackee: "And don't forget the sashes! I made them in art class!" [She runs up with the sashes, but Leni is stunned.]
Leni: [nervously] "Oh, wow, how 'bout that." [She chuckles and places a question mark next to Entertainment and Costumes. As she finishes, she sees her friends' efforts to decorate the gym for prom--as well as Parker smuggling more of the meat from Gus. Ellie sneezes from the glitter.] "Uh, okay team, I absolutely love the effort. All of this is...good. But is good good enough?" [Jackee, Ellie, and Mandee glance at each other in confusion.] "This night means a lot to everyone. Someone could meet their first husband, or get hit by a tomato. I don't want their high school memories to be just about bad plumbing!" [Her friends are puzzled.] "What I mean is, prom has to be really special, or people will be crushed!" [thinks] "New plan: We go bigger! Better! Bougier! With everything!"
[Balloons fall as the scene transitions.]
[Parker stands in front of a giant sheet.]
Parker: "You asked for big, so here it is..." [He pulls off the sheet to reveal...] "A shrimp tower!"
[It's a giant display of shrimp, with giant shrimp decorations wearing top hats. Mandee tears up, and Leni gives a thumbs up. Shrimp fall as a screen transition.]
[A giant neon sign reading "Prom" is shown. Jackee plugs it in, and the sign glows brightly as everyone gasps. Leni uses her sunglasses, Parker's eyes shrivel, and Mandee faints. Balloons swipe sideways across the screen to transition.]
[Tyler is on his DJ set with glowing lights and a helmet. As the camera pans out, he activates two flamethrowers. Jackee and Parker are stunned.]
Leni: "Now this is entertaining!"
[Finally, Mandee reveals two thrones for the prom queen and king. Four students are dressed royally and play a fanfare on their trumpets, their trumpets bearing flags with the school's initials written on them. Leni is pleased as she speaks to Jackee, Parker, and Ellie.]
Leni: "Great work, Prom-Com! Everything looks amaze! We're gonna give our classmates a night to remember!"
[The Loud House; The Living Room. Lori and Leni are on the couch]
Lori: "I'm literally so jealous that you're going to prom. I look back at my pics from that night, like, once a week"
[Lori shows her photos to Leni, who suddenly becomes suprised]
Leni: "You. Have. A thousand. Prom pics?!"
Lori: "It was one of the best nights of my life! Here's me and Carol, me and Roger, me Carol and Roger."
[Leni starts to get nervous. Enter Rita.]
Rita: "Oh, are you two talking about prom?" [sighs] "If I could relive one night of my youth, that would be it. Do you wanna see my pictures?!"
Leni: [Now sweating] "No, thats okay."
Rita: "I'll be right back!"
[Rita rushes off, while Leni makes a nervous groan. Rita returns, placing a dusty old photo book on the coffee table. Rita blows the dust off the book cover and opens it up, all while Leni is still sweating nervously]
Rita: "Here's me and Chef Pat, Flip, me, Pat and Flip."
[All Leni can do is let out another nervous groan as she faces the camera]
[Fade transition to Leni's room in the middle of the night, as she begins to have trouble sleeping. A series of green floating heads start to appear then disappear around her one by one.]
Punk Girl: "This prom is so not memorable!"
Male Student: "The only thing I'll ever remember about this school is the plumbing!"
Female Student 1: "I didn't meet my first husband! [cries]"
Lori: "I can't believe my sister ruined everyone's prom!"
Rita: "As a parent I've never been so disappointed."
[Leni wakes up with a scream, then turns to Tanya laying beside her]
Leni: "Tanya, wake up! I gotta get back to school and make prom better, even if it takes all night!" [Rushes out of her bedroom carrying Tanya] "Let's get to work!"
THE NEXT NIGHT...
[Royal Woods High School: Prom night is in session. Mandee, Jackee, Parker and Ellie enter the gymnasium in surprise. They find the room completely decorated with hanging lights and stars, alongside a sparkling cider drinking fountain. Guests are all enjoying themselves while looking at the decorated hall in amazement. Cut to Leni wearing her prom outfit on the phone, while sporting a headset]
Mandee: "OMGosh, Leni, look at all this!"
Jackee: "What did you do?"
Leni: "I'm sorry. You all did everything that I asked, but I need this night to be the most memorable, perfect night for everyone! Ugh!"
Jackee: "No, Leni. This is magical!"
Mandee: "Amazing job!"
Parker: [pointing at something] "Are those SWANS?!!"
[Cut to a mini pond with three swans]
Ellie: "OMGOSH I LOVE SWANS!!" [screams in joy as she runs towards the swans]
Leni: "And that sparkling cider fountain was custom made for us. I even got food from Michigan's hottest new pop up restaurant!"
[A student is eyeing a buffet table filled with crabs leg dishes. The conveyer belt the plates are on starts moving, startling the student, but then becomes amazed by this discovery]
Leni: "And last, but certainly not least, tonights entertainment, will be provided by... Boyz Will Be Boyz!"
[The camera pans up to reveal a Boyz Will Be Boyz banner]
Mandee: [gasps] "OMGosh! Stop it!"
[Leni, Mandee and Jackee all start squealing in excitement]
Leni: "Guys, lets get a group photo to make sure we never forget tonight!" [through her headset] "Tanya, I got four for the photobooth."
[Tanya, who is also sporting a headset and holding a clipboard is standing right by the photobooth, as Leni and her friends rush inside it. They all pose for the camera as it makes a flash transition to a montage of party goers doing various activities; One group is cheering on a student as she drinks from the cider fountain, another group is partying on the dance floor, and another group of students are overindulging themselves on crab legs. Leni then approaches the stage]
Leni: "Good evening, seniors! It's time to reveal this years prom king and queen, so gather round because you do not want to miss this!" [through her speaker] "Tanya, I'm releasing the pods."
[Leni takes a bow as she exits the stage. The camera pans up to reveal two giant acorn pods above, containing the prom king and queen. The pods are then hoisted down, much to the amazement of the crowd]
Leni: [offscreen] "Ta-Da!"
[The acorns have now been hoisted down to the stage, however, the prom king and queen have not stepped out of them, much to the crowds confusion]
Leni: "Uh... I said, Ta-Da!"
Jackee: "Leni, I think they're trapped in the acorns."
Leni: "Don't be silly. They're not trapped."
Prom King: [banging from inside one of the acorns] "Leni! We're trapped!"
[Leni screams as she rushes back onto the stage to try and free the one of the trapped students from the acorns, but to no avail. Suddenly, the crowd discovers some juice on the floor]
Female Student 2: [seeing the juice on her shoes] "What the heck?!"
Male Student 1: "Hmm..." [licks the juice off the girls shoe] "Tastes like raspberry."
Leni: "Huh? Oh no. That's my gelato! I had it flown in all the way from Italy! It must have melted!"
[Leni rushes off the stage to find her gelato, only for her to slide across the raspberry puddle and fall over]
Mandee: "Uh, Leni, the swans got out of their pond."
[Leni reacts in fear as she rushes over to save a party goer from getting attacked by the swans. She brings the swans over to Tanya.]
Leni: "Tanya, hold these!" [drops the swans in front of Tanya as they start attacking the mannequin] "I need to save this prom!" [rushes back to the stage holding a rope] "It's time to bring out, Boyz Will Be Boyz!"
[Leni pulls on the rope, hoisting the acorns back up, with the prom king and queen still inside them as they let out a yelp. The curtain opens up to reveal Boyz Will be Boyz on stage, but unfortunately, the crowd is being attacked by the swans]
Female Student 3: "The swans are turning on us!"
Punk Girl: [while being chased by a swan] "Save yourselves!!"
Carlos: "Oh, heck no!" [He and his bandmates run off the stage]
Leni: "Wait, where are you going?!! You can't leave!"
Boyz Will Be Boyz Member: "Sorry! Carlos is definitely afraid of birds!"
Carlos: "It's called ornithophobia. It's real and it's in our rider!"
Boyz Will Be Boyz" [while exiting offscreen] ♫Shout. Shout. Shout!♫
[Leni sees all the chaos unfolding around her. Party goers are slipping around on the melted gelato puddles. The acorn pods are shaking around as the prom king and queen are frantically trying to escape.]
Prom King: "HELP!"
Prom Queen: "GET ME OUT OF HERE!!"
[Two students are standing on a table in fear as the swans honk at them fiercely]
Leni: "Could this be... any worse?!"
[A crab leg suddenly knocks Leni over, causing her to slide into the sparkling cider fountain, causing on of the acorn decorations to clog up the pipe, causing the pressure to build up.]
Male Student: "Look out! She's gonna blooooow!!
[The fountain then erupts, causing everyone to get soaked in sparkling cider, with the acorn decoration knocking a student unconscious.]
Leni: [upon seeing everything she planned end in disaster] "I've. Ruined! PROM!!"
[Leni lets out a scream as she runs out of the hall, crying her eyes out, all while Jackee and Principal Rivers look at each other in concern.]
[Outside, Principal Rivers opens the doors to search for Leni, only to find her sitting on the stairs crying]
Principal Rivers: "Oh, Leni, try not to take this too hard."
Leni: "This was supposed to be the best night of everyone's high school life, and I ruined it! You said it yourself; all your former students ever talk about is how amazing prom was!"
Prinicpal Rivers: "Sure, but that has nothing to do with the food, or music."
Leni: [sniffs] "It doesn't?"
Principal Rivers: "Nope. It's because prom is one of the last times you get to be together with all your classmates, and just have fun. That's what's memorable about it."
[As she talks, Leni looks at her photos that was taken with all her friends in the photo booth earlier]
Leni: "You're right! Thanks, Principal Rivers! Air hugsies!"
[They both share and air hug as Leni heads back inside]
[Leni heads back into the gymnasium, having just cleaned herself up, only to then gasp in horror as the camera pans over to Jackee, Mandee and Parker standing on the table surrounded by the irate swans]
Jackee, Mandee and Parker: "Shoo! Shoo! Shoo! Shoo!"
Parker: "Leni! Watch out for the swans! They just ate my tux!"
[Parker shows that his pants having been bitten off, revealing his underwear. The swan, having eaten a piece of the torn fabric is then shooed away by Leni.]
Leni: "Shoo! Shoo! You guys, I know how we can still make this prom work! Parker, can you get that shrimp tower back?"
Parker: "I already ate it. But, I know there's a bunch of mini hot dogs in the cafeteria freezer!"
Leni: "That'll work!"
[Parker gives a salute as he leaves]
Leni: "Mandee, you think your cousin Tyler can get over here with his DJ gear?"
Mandee: "Sorry, he's DJing a late night rave at Sunset Canyon." [gasps] "Oh! But I have a pretty banging playlist on my phone!"
Leni: "Love that! And Jackee, can you run to the janitors closet and dig out those old decorations?!"
Jackee: "I'll even grab my homemade sashes!"
[Leni squeals excitedly]
[Prom Night is once again back in session; Mandee and some other students are dancing to her music playlist, while a bunch of other students are enjoying some hot dogs]
Parker: [now running] "I'm going long, Male Student!"
[Male Student throws a hot dog into Parker's mouth. A fireman has freed the prom king and queen from their acorn pods as Jackee puts a sash on the prom king. Leni is now back on stage]
Leni: Okay, seniors! I want everyone on the dance floor! Lets make some memories!"
[The crowd cheers as they all start dancing. Just then, one of the swans arrives causing the crowd to halt in panic... only for the swan to then start breakdancing, causing the crowd to go wild]
Leni: "YES!"
[Everyone starts dancing again, as Leni and her friends proceed to join in on the swans dance routine]
Parker: "BEST! PROM! EVER!!"
[The episode ends]
