She is sweet, kind, fun-loving, energetic, and always acts her age. She also has a strong sense of humor, finding Lisa's use of large words (such as "formaldehyde") amusing. Though initially unaware that Lisa was taking advantage of her, she genuinely comes to see her as a friend and was heartbroken when Lisa abruptly ended their friendship. However, she is shown to be generous, forgiving, and compassionate, as she gave Lisa a cookie when she noticed Lisa was feeling down even though the latter had upset her, which led to them being friends again. Despite her efforts, Lindsay always takes second place to her eternal rival, Lola, who annoys Lindsay to no end.
