The mall is a typical American shopping mall, albeit with some unique features such as an auditorium and a mall jail cell. Like many malls, there are a variety of tenants. One large tenant, or anchor, is the Reininger's department store.
The structure itself appears to be a hybrid of early modernist and Brutalist concrete architecture.
