Loud family[]

Ruth doesn't seem to care much about the Loud family, since she often acts demanding toward them and makes them eat food whether or not it's good to eat. With the exception of Rita, Lana, and Lily, none of the Louds like staying with her.

In "Two Boys and a Baby", the Loud family goes to stay with Ruth, with the exception of Lincoln and Lily.

In "Suite and Sour", Rita and Lynn Sr. nearly send their kids to Ruth's house for a weekend, but they put on a play which convinces Rita and Lynn Sr. to take them to the hotel instead. Later, the kids go to Ruth's house of their own accord so the parents can have fun alone.

In "Ruthless People", the Louds keep trying to either avoid staying with her or go back to her place due to having a bad time at the nursing home.

In "A Bug's Strife", Ruth shows the Louds a slideshow of the Malls of the Midwest.

Rita[]

Ruth and her niece Rita get along quite well and Rita is the only Loud who has never complained about Ruth.

In "No Spoilers", Ruth attends Rita's birthday party. Like the rest of the guest, she does the facepalm gesture when Leni mentions her plans for Lynn Sr.'s party.

In "Pets Peeved", Ruth gave Rita a vase as a wedding gift, but Rita dislikes it, so she is pleased when it gets knocked over.

In "Time Trap!", Ruth attended Rita's and Lynn Sr.'s wedding. She looked very concerned and worried when Rita breaks down crying after the Loud children traveled back in time and accidentally ruined their parents' wedding day.

Lynn Sr.[]

Ruth and Lynn Sr. don't get along very well.

In "Two Boys and a Baby", it's revealed that Lynn Sr. usually stays behind and looks after Lily while the rest of the Louds stay with Ruth.

In "Any Given Sundae", Lynn Sr. reveals that Lily once accidentally called Ruth while playing with his phone and they had a conversation for two hours which Lynn Sr. found boring, so when Lily wants Lynn Sr.'s phone, he tells her not to call Ruth again.

In "Sister Act", Lynn Sr, gives visiting Ruth as an example of things he doesn't like doing, but has to.

In "A Bug's Strife", Lynn Sr. fakes being sick to avoid visiting her, but is forced to visit her anyway after he destroys the Loud House in pursuit of a cricket.

In "Child's Play", Lynn Sr. is seen scraping Ruth's foot much to his disgust.

Lincoln[]

Lincoln, like most of his sisters, does not like staying with Aunt Ruth because of her gross food and chores.

In "Two Boys and a Baby", he tries to get out of staying with her by babysitting Lily, only to end up staying with Ruth anyway to make sure he and Clyde didn't catch chicken pox from Billy.

In "Brawl in the Family", Lincoln uses Ruth in an insult by claiming Leni thinks taffeta makes Lori look like Ruth.

In "Suite and Sour", he comes up with the idea of putting on a play to convince the parents not to send them to Ruth's place. During the play, he dresses up as Ruth telling Luna that she will get litterbox duty if she wastes an expired pudding.

In "Ruthless People", he comes up with the plan to convince Lana to stay with Ruth instead of him.

Lori[]

Like most of her siblings, Lori does not like staying with Aunt Ruth because of her food and the fact that Ruth makes her great-nieces and nephew do gross chores.

In "Brawl in the Family", she takes offense at being compared to Ruth.

In "Selfie Improvement", Ruth gives Lori a like on one of her selfies.

Leni[]

Leni, like most of her siblings, doesn't like Ruth's gross food and chores.

In "Brawl in the Family", Leni apparently claims that taffeta makes Lori look like Ruth, although it's unknown if she really said that or Lincoln was lying.

In "No Spoilers", Leni invites Ruth to Rita's birthday party.

In "A Bug's Strife", Leni is the only one to enjoy Ruth's presentation of the Malls of the Midwest, and is even willing to watch it again.

Luna[]

Like the majority of her siblings, Luna doesn't like Ruth's cooking or her chores.

In "Suite and Sour", Luna's part in the play has her dying because of Ruth's expired pudding.

Luan[]

Like most of her siblings, Luan doesn't like doing gross things for Ruth.

Lynn[]

Like most of the Loud children, Lynn doesn't like staying with Ruth due to her gross chores and food.

Lucy[]

Like most of her siblings, Lucy doesn't like staying with Ruth because she makes disgusting food and has the kids do gross chores.

In "Suite and Sour", she imagines holding Luna's funeral after Luna is killed by Ruth's expired pudding.

In "Ruthless People", Lucy doesn't like staying with Ruth because her cats hate her.

Lana[]

Though Lana has occasionally not wanted to stay with Ruth, she likes staying with Ruth more than most of her siblings and is the only Loud kid to like her cooking.

In "Two Boys and a Baby", Lana is the only one happy with Ruth's pudding.

In "Ruthless People", Lincoln points out that Lana is the easiest one to convince to stay with Ruth.

In "Strife of the Party", Ruth was mentioned to have gotten Lana and Lola a tandem bicycle for their birthday.

Lola[]

Like most of the Loud children, Lola doesn't like doing chores for Ruth or eating her food.

In "Strife of the Party", Ruth was mentioned to have gotten Lana and Lola a tandem bicycle for their birthday.

Lisa[]

Like most of her siblings, Lisa doesn't like Ruth's chores or her cooking.

Lily[]

Like Lana, Lily doesn't hate going to stay with Ruth as much as most of her siblings, but occasionally she's opposed to it.

In "Two Boys and a Baby", Ruth doesn't trust Lily with her cats, so when Lily's siblings stayed with Ruth, she stayed at home with Lynn Sr. Then one day, Lincoln babysat her instead, and eventually Lincoln and Lily both ended up staying with Ruth along with Clyde to make sure they hadn't caught chicken pox.

In "Suite and Sour", Ruth has apparently come to trust Lily with her cats as she lets Lily stay with her and the rest of the Loud children.

In "Any Given Sundae", it's revealed that Lily accidentally phoned Ruth on Lynn Sr.'s phone in the past.

Other characters[]

Clyde[]

Ruth and Clyde don't have much to do with each other.

In "Two Boys and a Baby", Clyde stays with her along with Lincoln and Lily to make sure he hasn't caught chicken pox.

Her cats[]

Ruth loves her cats a lot.

In "Two Boys and a Baby", it's revealed that when her great-nieces and nephew stay over, she has them clean their litter box and that she is very protective of her cats and doesn't trust Lily with them.
