On October 11, 2019, Cristina Pucelli confirmed that production for Season 4 has finished and have started production on Season 5.
This season began with a story arc involving the Casagrande family that lasted for five episodes (one full-length episode and eight segments). This served as the backdoor pilot to the spin off, which premiered on October 14, 2019.
Ronnie Anne makes friends with a girl whose family wants to rent the apartment upstairs. When it looks like another couple might get it first, the girls resort to sabotage to try and dissuade them.
Desperate to find a place of their own in the building, Ronnie Anne and Sid find a hidden room in the laundry area and try to keep it a secret from the rest of the tenants.
Eager to be named Kings of the Con at the Ace Savvy convention, Lincoln and Clyde convince the sisters to go with them as the Full Deck. But the girls get more attention, leading the boys to do whatever it takes to gain focus.
To have Roxana Ortega as the voice actor for Carlitos for an unknown reason. However, Cristina Milizia, who succeeded Ortega as the voice of Carlitos starting with the Casagrandes episode "Operation Dad", has yet to voice him on this show.
To have episodes obtaining at least 1 million viewers.
To have season promo posters.
This is the only season:
In which none of the full-length episodes ("Friended!" and "Kings of the Con") have any musical numbers.
This and Season 1 are the only seasons to not feature a full-length episode in their second half.
As of this season, Chris Savino's creator credit at the end of the opening titles has been changed to dark gray (almost black), as he is no longer involved with the show.
