Podcast Information

"Sing-Along with the Casagrandes" is the sixth and final episode of The Casagrandes Familia Sounds.

Plot[]

The family helps Ronnie Anne learn Spanish and her family history through song.

Synopsis[]

Sergio opens the podcast, immediately breaking Frida’s latest sculpture.

Sergio goes to Rosa to ask where Ronnie Anne is. Rosa tells her that Ronnie Anne is doing her homework in the living room and not to disturb her. But Sergio only heard that Ronnie Anne is in the living room and goes to get her. Sergio tries to get her to do the podcast with him but she declines, and takes her phone back, reminding Sergio that it’s her podcast. Rosa enters and tells Sergio to leave Ronnie Anne alone, and offers Ronnie Anne a snack.

Carl smells the corn and immediately demands some. Ronnie Anne tells him to back off, but gets the Spanish word for corn wrong. Carl calls her out for not actually knowing Spanish. Carlos appears and insist that it really isn’t a bad idea for Ronnie Anne to learn more Spanish and Ronnie Anne realizes that could be a great idea for the podcast. Carlos starts by spitting off some words and inadvertently discovers that Carl isbn’t as fluent as he claims, Carlos figures they could all use a refresher.

Just then, Hector arrives, and upon hearing that they are brushing up on their Spanish he offers a less annoying way to learn. He starts playing his guitar and they sing about Spanish words. Mostly singing about family based pronouns.

They soon decide to end the podcast, even though Hector has a lot more words he wants to share. They decide to continue the party anyway.
