The family tries to help Bobby get over his test-taking anxieties.
Synopsis[]
As the family plays a game of lotería (bingo), Carlota and Bobby arrive home with their BAT (big academic test) test scores. While Carlota got a high score, Bobby ends up failing miserably. Bobby explains that he studied really hard, but as he took the test, he forgot everything he learned. When Carlos states that this is simply a case of test-taking anxiety, he proceeds to help him out.
Carlos' method of helping out Bobby is by having him go through several procedures, like various exercises, cutting down on what he eats, and having him sleep in freezer cold conditions. The next day, Bobby heads off to take the test again. Sometime later, the family has a whole party set up, anticipating Bobby's success. However, when Bobby comes back, he reveals that he failed the test again. This time, Rosa decides to help him out.
Rosa's methods of helping out Bobby out involves food, such as having to rub eggs on him to get rid of negative feelings (much to Ronnie Anne's disgust), banging pots and pans together to drive off evil spirits, having him drink a cup of herbs and spices, and filling his backpack with countless lucky charms. Some time later, Bobby arrives back, and to his disappointment, he failed the test again. This time, Carlota decides to help out.
Carlota's method of helping out Bobby is by having him dress for the occasion. After a haircut from Margarita, putting on a suit and finding the right pose, Bobby heads off, but when he returns, he failed the test again, because he failed to arrive to the test room in time. Believing that getting a good BAT test score is a lost cause, Bobby tearfully calls it quits.
As Bobby works in the mercado, Ronnie Anne, trying to convince Bobby to not give up, discovers to her surprise that Bobby has supreme math skills when it comes to pricing and coupons. This causes Ronnie Anne to realize that Bobby has complete concentration only when he's in the mercado. As a result, she comes up with a way to help Bobby out: having him take the test in a mock-up of the mercado, much to the annoyance of the other students, as he constantly talks to himself. As the family watches from outside the school, they are happy that Bobby can finally pass his test without problems.

All three episodes are about someone being distracted by emotions when preparing for an important exam.
In this episode and "Driving Ambition", it was anxiety, while in "Study Muffin", it was a crush.
Also, like in "Study Muffin", it's about a school exam, while in both this episode and "Driving Ambition," Bobby and Lori respectively end up reduced to tears and nearly giving in to despair.
This is the third title card to not feature Ronnie Anne in any way, the first being "Croaked" and the second being "Arrr in the Family".
Seeing as how the faces on the title card are mostly people who helped Bobby to overcome his anxiety, she seems to have been replaced by Maria, Hector, or Sergio.
This episode reveals that Rosa hates her family taking apart the food she makes.
Bobby is revealed to have a tendency to forget everything, as evidenced in this episode:
He forgot where he parked and had to walk home.
One time, he wrote "Booby" as his name.
The methods the Casagrandes use to help Bobby with his test-taking anxieties:
Carlos - Have him undergo several procedures to help improve memory.
Rosa - Use food, remedies, and lucky charms.
Carlota - Give him proper dress and hairstyle for the occasion.
Carl - Slap him with a newspaper (though he never actually did this).
Ronnie Anne - Give him a replica of the mercado to make him feel comfortable (This is the only one that worked).
It’s revealed that Bobby is ticklish when Rosa rubs an egg on his body to help get rid of his test anxiety.
It is revealed that anxiety can drastically hinder Bobby's academic performance, and that he's most confident at work.
Irony: Rosa prevented Carl from hitting Bobby by hitting Carl herself.
Cartoon biology:
Bobby's legs turn to ice after a night in a frozen bedroom.
Lalo is able to use his tongue to give a thumbs-up.
