Zhao is one of the most ancient of Chinese surnames, and its origins are partly shrouded in legend. During the reign of King Mu of Zhou (976/956 BC – 922/918 BC), an officer named Zaofu (Chinese: 造父) proved exceptionally adept at training horses and driving chariots and won the respect of King Mu. During a battle with the eastern state of Xu, an ethnically different state which was resisting Zhou rule, Zaofu drove a chariot into the battle and escorted King Mu back to the Zhou capital. In gratitude, King Mu enfeoffed Zaofu as the lord of Zhao, a town in what is now Hongdong County, Shanxi Province, to be held by his descendants in perpetuity. Zaofu's descendants took Zhao as a surname to mark their prestigious association with the city.
In "Stall Monitor", she came to the parent-teacher meeting, but when her husband got kicked by an angry goat that Liam's Mee Maw brought, she grabbed Stella and they immediately took him to the urgent care center.
In "No Bus No Fuss", it is revealed that Mrs. Zhau leaves early in order to go to work.
According to Stella, she's very sensitive about healthy food and keeps ensuring Stella doesn't eat unhealthy food.
She's a tall and slim woman with tanned skin, long black hair styled in a hime cut, two pairs of eyelashes, pink lipstick and eyebags. She wears black round glasses, golden round earings, light blue sweater, aqua blue jacket, black pants, red and white sneakers, and carries a dark red bag on her arm.
Jazzy is a grey rabbit owned by Stella. He is the twin brother of Snazzy; they are both inseparable and can't live without each other.
In "Training Day", Stella brings him into the Loud house, showing her friends Lincoln, Clyde and Liam her new pet rabbit, Jazzy. The boys are entranced by his cuteness, though she warns them that Jazzy is rather destructive, having destroyed furniture and even minivans. She has a weekend to tame him, lest her parents send Jazzy to live in her grandparents' house.
Just then, Lana comes in, showing great proficiency in getting the Loud pets under control. Stella approaches Lana, asking her to take care of Jazzy; she accepts, with a payment of crickets and worms.
Lana's first day with Jazzy isn't the greatest; he seemingly gets the charm from the Loud pets, but he immediately goes haywire, and she is forced into a wild rabbit chase over to Mr. Grouse's yard, where he destroys the neighbor's prized petunias. Some time later, Lana has Jazzy on a leash; she tries to give him butter lettuce, but she is attacked. Overnight, Jazzy has snuck out and caused destruction to the Louds' belongings (and even Lynn's ponytail).
The next day, Lana takes Jazzy to the park to attempt to mollify him by using flowers, but he runs away. Lana takes Lola's jeep across town to find him, to no avail. Lana is upset she lost Jazzy, but gains a clue when an injured Leni returns from the Royal Woods Mall and explains that a rabbit had attacked Reininger's. Thinking Leni is referring to Jazzy, Lana goes to the mall and sees the employee of a pet store capturing the rabbit. However, the employee says that the rabbit he just captured is Snazzy, whom Lana realizes is Jazzy's twin. Lana decides to buy Snazzy, thus giving Stella another rabbit.
Back at the park, the two rabbits are reunited, and Jazzy is no longer causing destruction, as he can't live without his twin, Snazzy.
