Biography[]Mr. Uggo once worked as a factory worker. However, one day, a fire occurred at his workplace, and he was likely blamed for it and eventually fired, as Charlie mentions that the fire was ultimately a cause of him being out of work. The loss of his job motivated him to move from Tennessee to Royal Woods. However, he later got the motivation to move back to Tennessee, presumably due to finding a new job opportunity in his former home. He traveled to Tennessee by bus, along with his wife and daughter. Biography[]Mrs. Uggo moved from Tennessee to Royal Woods with her husband and daughter after the former lost his job and needed a new place to work. Soon, her husband got motivated to move back to Tennessee, and she accompanied him and Charlie as they traveled there by bus. She makes an off-screen appearance in "All Is Fair in Love and Sleepovers", where she calls Charlie to alert her that she needs to do her homework.
