So, I just got done watching the new episode, and now, I'm here to give my thoughts. So, why waste anymore time? Let's jump right into it!

So, the basic plot is that Lynn Sr. and Rita are tired of waiting in long lines for the bathroom, so they want to build their own secret one. OK, not a bad idea for a concept. So, was the execution good? Well, it was pretty good. I think it ranged between really funny and awkward, sometimes at a moment's notice. Probably my favorite moment would have to be the scene with the plumbers. Not just because of the subtle fourth-wall break by naming them all after writers on the show, but because of Lisa's dialogue. The scene with Lynn Sr. and Lynn (Jr.) were also pretty funny, and the ARGGH! scene was nice as well, as was Lynn (Jr.) breaking down the door. Speaking of Lynn, I honestly kind of liked that little pun at the beginning. That's a problem I have with Luan, aside from the April Fools trilogy, how she puts too much emphasis on her puns and doesn't say them subtly. Here, they got that right with Lynn, and it was pretty funny, so kudos. Overall, Lynn Sr. and Rita's methods of distracting the kids were very funny!

OK, so now on to the not-so-positives. Of course, Lynn Sr. and Rita were being very selfish and, many would argue, bad parents. Now, I'm not gonna lie, I understand why they wanted to do this and not tell the kids about it; they ruined that bed they mentioned as well as their vacation in Suite and Sour, but this is a different scenario. Then, again, we saw the mess the kids made in the bathroom, so I guess it can be somewhat justified, so maybe I should use it as a "neutral" rather than a negative. But Lana's "second bathroom" joke was kind of uncomfortable, and the ending felt kind of like a cop-out. I mean, given how the kids were leaning against the wall, I expected that they were letting them use the bathroom before them, and when Lynn Sr. ran to use the "second bathroom," it just seemed kind of forced and empty. But, in the end, they don't ruin the episode that much.

All in all, really solid episode. Not as good as its sister episode, nor will I pretend it is, but, as I said in my review of it, it was my favorite episode of Season 3 thus far (now, I'm teetering back and forth between that and Insta-gran). While it goes between funny and awkward a lot, the awkwardness is not at the forefront of the episode, so it's all good.

So, that's what I got with this episode. And guys, if you want to, you can help me write a hypothetical TLH episode, The Loudest Beach Party, by clicking that link. Also, I just reviewed the new self-titled album by Stone Temple Pilots (a '90s alt-rock band), and it is stellar! Guys, go check it out. Seriously, it's amazing! Here's my review.

See you guys in two weeks, and take care!
