So ever since the comments were taken off the wiki i've decided to give my honest opinion of the top 5 best and worst episodes of the loud house season 1, I will be doing this for Season 2 and 3 and maybe 4 in the future so hang tight. now I will say this is my own personal opinion so if you don't agree then you be you. But if you guys are cool with this and down with it, get ready and BUCKLE UP cos here we go! This is the top five best and worst episodes of The Loud House season 1.
Number 5 best: Undie Pressure - This episode was a very funny episode, I love these kinds of episodes when people are given the challenge of not doing a certain thing for a certain time, I should've known Lincoln wouldn't have won in the end but it was nice for him to get the underpants he wanted in the end, I loved when Luna tried to hide behind a curtain to do her british accent and when Luan tried not to make some puns, the whole episode was great! at best i'd give it a 4/5
Number 5 worst: Ties that Bind - Now I was debating if I should put this episode or The Loudest Yard at number 5 worst and I chose this one because the whole "overhearing someone's conversation and taking it the wrong way" premise has been done to death so it didn't make for a very good episode, I mean I did get some laughs here and there but I kinda knew what the episode was gonna unfold as so there was pretty much no point in watching this episode going by what the premise was so this episode I'll give a 2/5.
Number 4 best: Roughin It - Lincoln and Clyde centered episodes are a thing to behold and I thought the idea of them trying to survive in the wilderness was a good idea and while I do know that there's a few other shows who have done this type of episode I think this episode has done it the best so far, there's not really much else I can say on this episode but I liked it a lot! And i'm actually gonna score Roughin It a 5/5
Number 4 worst: Making the Case - The thing is I actually liked this episode way back in the day but when I looked further into it I found the episode was pretty bland, don't get me wrong the message of the episode was a good one and while I did feel bad for the sisters getting turned into laughing stock from Lincoln sneakily recording them, but the ending was ok by having them make up my giving him his own trophy despite him losing the competition in the end and thus i'll give this a 2/5 rating. It's not nearly as bad as what came before it, that's my no.1 choice for the worst episode of season 1.
Number 3 best: House Music - Luna Loud is like me, she's energetic, she's a musician, she's just so cool! and this episode is a personal favorite episode and as a person who has performed in a band I can actually relate to this episode, I loved some of the moments including when Leni was asked to be the back up singer and then she literally started singing "back up", it was pretty sad when dad got kicked out of the band by Luna but the ending made up for it and yes I am fully aware "Mick Swagger" is a reference to The Rolling Stones' Mick Jagger. This episode has to be given a 5/5 cos it's absolutely brilliant!
Number 3 worst: One of the Boys - The idea of this episode was cool by having Lincoln teleport to a world where the other sisters were brothers, but the episode was a little bit tone deaf because they portrayed the brothers as unlikable people, especially when Lincoln got given a dutch oven which is just sickening. Not all brothers are huge jerks, I mean my brothers used to be like this but they're much more mature now, but on a lighter note it was the debut of Lincoln's new voice actor Collin Dean but that was only enough to stop the episode getting lower than the score I gave it which is a 1.5/5, absolutely 100% rubbish!
Number 2 best: Linc or Swim - This was the second episode I ever watched in the loud house, I did get some laughs out of the small gag of Lincoln's family getting kicked out of the local swimming pools, and I was in tears at the part where Lincoln tried to inflate his little kiddie pool but kept failing in style, the only reason this episode is not number one is because Lincoln came off as very selfish by not letting his sisters share the pool with him (I get that it's small but you could at least let some of them in) But i'll still give it a 35,000,000,000/5 score!
Number 2 worst: No guts, No glori - Now I love Lori as a character but this episode really muddied my feelings for her, I get she's the eldest and that she should look after the sisters well but making her into an absolute jerk and making her take control as a drill sergeant like R Lee Ermey was unique but she went and took it too far! And I don't blame the other siblings for trying to overthrow her, I give this episode a 1.5/5, what a shame!
Number 1 best: One Flu Over the Loud House - Usually I don't watch zombie apocalypse themed episodes (not that I don't like them, it's just they're kinda overdone) but this one came out really good, and how one simple sneeze from Lori caused the whole family to turn into flu zombies was a pretty good idea for the plot and i'll admit Luan's "It's SNOT what you think" pun did get a rise out of me! I also love how Mom looked like me when I wake up in the morning and it was heroic for Lincoln to save Leni from being infected though Lincoln did end up sneezing on her and infecting her in the end which turned her and him into zombies so in the end Clyde had to look after the sick family and this episode i'll give a 155,000,000,000,000/5!
Number 1 worst: Heavy Meddle - This episode is one that I got a ton of requests to look at back in the day and to shocking results, I felt the sisternado scene was completely out of place and while it did well to introduce mom and dad (who I often refer to as "Tom and Jerry style parents" which is a reference to Mammy Two Shoes) the sisters were completely mean spirited and the only good part is when Lola told Lincoln to see the principal, that and Leni wearing a trash can lid on her head was pretty funny yet the rest of the episode was rubbish! So this episode is a joke and i'm insulted that they made a bad episode this early in the series, I give Heavy Meddle a 1/5! Only reason a 1 is because it was a good idea, it's not the worst episode i've reviewed in a TV series, it's just bland and a joke and a complete insult to the series. so 1/5, terrible, don't watch this episode!
And for the episodes that sadly didn't make the list i'm going to include them in some honorable and dishonorable mentions for both the good episodes and the bad ones
